The unit is a two-bedroom, two-bath 1100 SF condo. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom with a seat in the newly renovated shower, and an extra sink and dressing area.
The minimum rental period is 30 days. No taxes.
Pets not allowed. Smoking anywhere in the unit or patio is strictly prohibited.
Owner lives 3 miles from complex.
Please note that renter will be responsible for the electric bill from May 1 through September 30.
