We have just completely remodeled our home and built this gorgeous Carriage House! Every detail has been thoughtfully planned for your next stay with us.

Comfortable & stylish Bungalow bursting with charm. Southern inspired airy interiors: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, loft with aueen sleeper sofa & ample off street parking, one mile from historic downtown Franklin. Close to shops, restaurants, pickel ball courts, the park, and all the happenings around town!

From Weary To Wonder

Our family could not have been happier with our Franklin bungalow adventure. This was our first time to leave the hotel life behind and rent a property. We'll never go back. We didn't arrive until around midnight after a very long day and we instantly shed our road weary faces once we opened the front door. It felt instantly like home. The bungalow is a testament to modern southern charm and has amazing furnishings - everything you need to rest, rejuvenate, cook and celebrate with family. The property manager was also remarkable -- and was quick to respond with any questions we had - all delivered with genuine kindness. It was hard to leave, but we travel through Tennessee often and plan a return visit to our new favorite hideaway!

Lovely guest house behind main property in the heart of Franklin. We were in Franklin with show horse and th4 location was fabulous. New guest house-with every amenity. Hope to look again!

Wonderful place, would recommend for a group

Easy check in and essentially a brand new place. Host is so nice and quick to answer any questions but also gives you your privacy. We appreciated having 2 full bathrooms for getting ready in the morning and loved the decor and the open spaces. We walked to town on several mornings. Didn't get a chance to play pickleball but the reservable courts are nearby and the house has a few paddles and balls to borrow. Thanks again for a great visit in Franklin!

5 Star Stay

We attended a concert at the FirstBank Amphitheater on the Friday we arrived in town. The location of the bungalow is a short and easy drive from the venue. We enjoyed the next morning in charming Downtown Franklin which is 5 minutes down the road. A day in Nashville was the perfect end to our weekend. The bungalow was the ideal spot for our family of 5. It was updated, extremely clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Danielle was the sweetest host and made sure we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to book another stay!

Cute, clean, close to everything

We had such a nice stay at Cory and Danielle's cottage. It was just like the photos. It was in an ideal location. And it had probably one of the most comfortable beds we had ever slept on. Such a lovely experience from start to finish. Book this place. You won't regret it.

Great location to visit Franklin and not far from Nashville. Cozy and quiet! Deffinately a place to unplug from all devices and enjoy quiet time.

Weekend Getaway

Nice small accommodation perfect for 2 people. Very comfortable bed with nice soft sheets, slept very well! Place was very clean and quiet. Danielle the host has a great knowledge of the town and told us about all of her favorite spots. Franklin is a beautiful town with a lot of history. Will be staying with Danielle again if we are lucky enough to get a reservation !

Cozy Cottage and pleasant stay

Our time in Franklin only lasted a weekend, but we were pleased to have a clean and peaceful place to rest after a couple very active days in Franklin and surrounding areas. The cottage was clean, private, just right for us!

This was a great place & plenty to do around town but when ya settle in for the night & wanna watch TV w/your lady there are none to be found, maybe should l’ve read the list of amenities but who do t have a TV.. Great place though… Thank You

Perfect Getaway

Could not have asked for a better set up! The host was friendly and easy to work with. The space was comfy and cute. I was headed to Franklin for a conference and wanted to go a few days early to explore and relax a little bit and this room served that purpose perfectly! Very close to downtown Franklin and a nice king sized bed to come back to at the end of the day. Would 10 of 10 recommend and stay there again.

NYE in Franklin, TN

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the hustle and bustle of downtown Franklin. It is a twenty minute walk or five minute Uber to the downtown area. The cottage is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a weekend getaway. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this rental. Danielle and her team put the the super in superhost!

This is such a sweet neighborhood with the greatest neighbors. We are only a short mile to five points right in the heart of Downtown Franklin, TN and less than half a mile to the Library, a park, rec center, art galleries, restaurant/ bar, etc... This location really is as good as it gets!
