Five Elements Lodge B&B is a beautiful light-filled house on 10 Acres surrounded by Channel Ridge trail system. The house is beautifully furnished and equipped for a short or medium length stay.
This 'whole house' listing is the three suites (also listed as separate suites) that are combined to provide a longer term self contained home. There is a outdoor spa with cedar sauna, cedar and tile steam room, outdoor whirlpool and outdoor shower. Additionally there is a fitness center\yoga and meditation studio in a separate studio building.
The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with wood stove, a pantry and laundry room and the AIR ELEMENTS Suite with queen bed, sitting area and ensuite bathroom. There is a wrap around deck overlooking a south facing forest view.
The second floor is accessed via a deck and has two suites. EARTH ELEMENT Suite has a bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, large closets and a second sitting room with desk chairs and queen size sofabed. WATER ELEMENT Suite has a bedroom with queen size bed and ensuite bathroom, a second sitting room with desk chairs and queen size sofabed. and a second bedroom with two twin beds.
All suites can be connected via the adjoining doors

Why they chose this property
While there are many beautiful properties on Salt Spring Island, you may not experience this level of connectivity to the land, the ancestral forests, and the south facing sound channel as you will at the Five Elements Lodge and Trailhead Annex. Sitting on the deck over the Channel Ridge, you can speak in a low resonance and hear the reverberations as the sound is channeled around the ridge and returns reverberantly .
