Quiet location between the two best downtown Beverly streets with great restaurants, theater, music venues and beautiful beaches and parks, to Salem and Haunted Happenings (https://www.hauntedhappenings.org) via a 5 minute walk to the train which takes you to downtown Salem for all the October happenings or by train or ferry from Salem on into Boston. Pull into the driveway, which will hold three cars, and walk right to the front door into the hallway. To the right is a comfortable living room and a connecting dining room with seating for six and on into a nice sized kitchen. There is a small deck and backyard filled with flowers in the spring and summer. head back to the front hallway and go up the stairs. You'll find three bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen-sized beds with the third having twin bunk beds. A comfortable portable twin bed is also available for an extra guest.

Trip of a lifetime

We arrived after some of our party. But it was under my name. Our host was amazing letting us split the keys and code between 2 people. So our groups could go and have fun, not relying on one person.

Location, Location, Location

Loved it. The location of the property walking distance to town, shops, restaurants, and the beach can’t be beat. This place is very quaint and grows on you the longer you stay. Minor issues like you can’t lock the bathroom doors and the staircase is a little challenging. Listing states 3 cars can fit in the driveway, but it is only two. Would stay here again for sure.

Charming home

Halloween 2022

This was a nice place to stay during the Salem Haunted Happenings... it was close to everything and just a quick train ride to Salem for the festivities. The only complaint we have is that the house is listed for 7 adults, one of the rooms has bunk beds with no ladder. Luckily I am in shape bc I had to climb the footboards to get on the top. But for most older adults, this would be almost impossible

Central place to stay to travel to destinations

The property was perfect for what we needed. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us to stay in. It was within walking distance to the train and to restaurants. We definitely recommend.

Convince to train station.

We loved our stay and considering coming back. Just one little thing, the bunk bed had no ladder or rail. Our over all experience was great. Clean, comfortable.

Quaint North Shore Property

We stayed here for 2 weeks as we have a boat in a nearby harbor. The location is great, walking distance to culture, restaurants, breweries and more. It's also a great spot to explore Salem, Marblehead, Manchester By The Sea, Cape Ann and more, all within a half-hour. The property has all the basics for a home base and really has the feel of an old town New England coastal house, with feels of the 1800's. If you are into modern, contemporary properties, just be aware that this house is a bit of a throw-back. Perfect for the wife and I though.

Great location and family friendly

This house was great as a family stay. It is situated close enough that we're able to make short trips to Boston, Salem, and Gloucester for whale watching. The town of Beverly itself was also lovely! We walked the town and visited the beach and playground with our kids (3,6,&9 y.o.) The host was easy to communicate with and their requirements were more than reasonable for cleanup/checkout.

Sweet location, nothing fancy, quiet.

Super attentive host via text. We walked everywhere including the commuter rail to Boston. Hopefully the screen door will not slam next time we stay. It was perfect for us.
