Nicely decorated house in Palm Bay

The house with a beautiful design has 4 bedrooms - a master room has a double bed and other bedrooms has a queen size and single size beds, every room has its own closets and nightstands. There is a beautiful kitchen and dinning area, 3 bathrooms and a living room with a TV and the office area for someone who is on a business trip or someone who likes to spend their time working on their spare time or reading.
There is also a back patio and nice quite backyard.
The house is very immaculate and very nicely decorated.
It is located in quite neighborhood, very peaceful and clean area,
not far from downtown, the beaches and shopping area, hospitals and other facilities.
Smoking is allowed only on the patio, no wild parties!

Nice house in a perfect location for us.
Great location, inland and away from the noise and crowds of the beach. Needs a few more kitchen items.

Very few pans, no cooking utensils, nothing in the cupboards, cheap thin bath towels and very few, only 3 extra rolls of toilet paper, no paper towels, hot water heater set very low, only 1 twin bed in three bedrooms, queen bed in master, master bath tub and shower not working properly, cheap thin dinner ware, no extra trash bags, no toaster, Couldn’t cook basic dinners because lacking pans, skillets, serving dishes. The price to rent didn’t reflect the condition and amenities that the house didn’t have. No soap , decent shampoo in bath rooms (had to by them) no hair dryers. Old beat up washer and dryer (they work but rough condition). This house was not even close to the quality we are used to from a VRBO rental. Had to use a wash rag to stop up the tub for a Bath because stopper didn’t work. The house is large and roomy but didn’t function well.

Great stay
First time using Vrbo rental and we were very pleased with our stay. Bobbi was responsive and the house was exactly as listed. We cooked a surf and turf dinner for our friends and while short on some tools it all worked out and the dinner was a success.
