Houses can be rented seperately in off season. Contact us for rates. 50’s style cottages are just perfect for family gatherings or a romantic getaway.  We are in an attractive quiet neighborhood and are the 4th house from the beach. One block (easy walk) to the local grocery/liquor store. Main House sleeps 6 Guest House sleeps 4 Great privacy with these 2 cottages.  The main house has 2 bedrooms one bath, kitchen, family room and sunroom with twin bed. Covered porch and covered patio. The Guest House has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, queen pull out sofa in living room and full kitchen. Both houses are spacious and on ground level with sidewalk access between houses. The main house has a wood stained covered porch with tile flooring. Perfect for sitting down and relaxing the moment you arrive. The covered patio with table and benches are also nice for grilling out and just relaxing. Outdoor shower and a full size washer and dryer in the wash house. Bring your family and friends and have a great time! This is where memories are made! See rates for security deposits amounts based on season. Minimum rental age of 27. Snowbird rates available. Long term availability.

Good Stay - Convenient Location
The property, while in a close neighborhood, offers privacy on the covered porch/patio area. We were a larger group with 4 children under 5 and we stayed comfortably. Loved utilizing the outdoor shower to clean off the kiddos after the beach. The guest house is a bit more modern while the main house is dated but comfortable. They have anything you could need for the beach; floaties, fins, chairs, sand toys, umbrellas etc. Check in was easy! We did have a minor issue upon arrival but the hosts were very easy to reach and extremely quick to respond and resolve it!

Wonderful place!
We absolutely loved staying here. It was so nice to have a separate place for the grandparents to escape to after the beach and after dinner! The location is incredible and the hosts had everything we could need. As a previous review mentioned, there are a ton of beach items to use! We will be returning!

Family vacation
We brought our family for our 2023 vacation children, grand babies and our elderly moms. Great location, spacious room for our family, Great Owners who listened to our concerns and quickly got resolution. This home is great for our family. This is our second year in a row to stay at this home and we will continue to stay here.

Great location- perfect for families!
We came down for the PCB Youth World Series with my 2 kids and my mom, sister and step dad. We had more than enough room between the two houses! The location was perfect- just a 30 second walk and you’re at the beach. Amy was super responsive when we had a small issue and got it handled quickly. Also the listing doesn’t really say how much stuff they have there for you to use but they had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, fishing poles, beach toys, skim boards, beach blankets, coolers, and more! You don’t have to bring anything! And there is Wi-Fi in the house even though it says there isn’t. 10/10 would recommend!

Great spot. Just far away enough from tourist land and super simple walk to the quite beach. House has all you need. Dated but very clean and maintained nicely. Bring paper plates and cups. No dishwasher. Only down side. Oh bring a couple extension cords if you have a lot of devises. Older home has limited outlets throughout. Overall we were very happy. Easy in and out to beach and Highway. Avoided tourist area. Nightlife 5-10 ride away.

Ladies stayed first half of the week. Guys stayed the second half. Both groups had great time. Owner was easy to reach, location is spot on, house was clean, beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything we need was within walking distance. Have stayed here before and will stay here again!!

Perfect vacation!
My family and I booked a last minute stay for labor day and we had the best time! The pictures of the house do no justice! It was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen and plenty of room for everyone! There was everything there we needed for the beach. It is a short walk to the grocery store and beach. Amy was a sweetheart and answered all my questions. We had the best time and can't wait to visit again!

Christmas in July was perfect!
This house set up was perfect for us! My adult children struggle making the holidays so we do a Christmas in July! With the two houses, we were given the opportunity to have the late night people hang out in one while those of us who go to bed early a quiet space. We would recommend it to anyone who want to hang one the beach and great down time. We will be returning in the future.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!
Me, my husband, 14-month-old daughter, brother, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, and their children (6, 4, and 2) all arrived on Sunday. Everything was clean and exactly as described on VRBO. The grandparents stayed at the smaller house, which was perfect for everyone to have their own space. It was so nice that the grandkids could safely walk between the two houses. It was also super nice to have two houses for nap time-that way the rowdy kids could be in a separate house to keep one house quiet. I am 24 weeks pregnant and really appreciated the large jacuzzi tub in the main house. When my brother-in-law and his wife and kids left, my parents came. My 69 year old dad, who has a bad leg and hip, was able to easily walk to the beach and to the Carousel grocery store. The proximity to the grocery store was very convenient-we never had to brave a crowded Walmart. It was also not too far of a walk to Thomas donuts, which is a real treat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert. The area has a very residential “local” feel to it, which makes the beaches less crowded and very family friendly. The location is great, very quiet and safe, but an easy drive to PCB attractions or even some quaint shopping areas in 30A. The outdoor shower was perfect and the long clothes line for drying wet swimsuits and towels was a great perk. The water pressure was amazing-I’ve never felt water pressure so strong! There was plenty of cookware to use and I appreciated the Tupperware that was convenient for storing leftovers. The owner was very welcoming, texting to make sure we got in okay and quick to respond to messages. All in all, it was a perfect location for our family beach trip and can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic stay
This property was fantastic for my grandchildren’s first time at the beach. The distance to the beach is so close and not very crowded. The home was cute and had plenty of space. The guesthouse was perfect for my daughter and grandkids. The clothesline is a plus and there is plenty of beach supplies. The covered porch is nice, we sat out there at night. We will visit again.

We very much enjoyed our stay. House was very accommodating for our needs and a great location. The pictures are just what you get. It was clean on arrival. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to public beach where it was not crowded. Easy walk to grocery store and Thomas Donuts where we walked every night for ice cream. Upon arrival this house was very inviting and staged well to suite our needs for a family of 5 and 2 seniors. The comfort was well embraced by the cleanliness of our space. Our favorites were the short walk to the beach & also going for ice cream a few blocks away, which is a 5 star. When at rest we enjoyed the large porch for small talk, and the big swing was a plus. Very close to everything. Highly recommend.

Relaxing week away
We had a great Labor Day week at this house in Laguna beach! It was just far enough from all the traffic to be relaxing and quiet, but still close enough to anything you might need. Easy short 2 minute walk to beach -all chairs, umbrellas, floats, skim board, etc are there to use. The separate guest house was perfect for our adult children to feel like they had their own place but still close enough to come eat all our food in the main house :) Favorite place to hang out was the big covered porch which came in handy with the first few days being rainy from the hurricane passing thru. Would love to visit again soon and highly recommend!

Perfect Location & Set Up
Our family loved the perfect location of this house. There was plenty of space for our family to meet from 3 different places for a joint vacation. We had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor shower was used multiple times a day by everyone, there is a line out to dry your beach clothes & towels, plenty of parking and extras to take to the beach with you. We really loved staying here and will try to stay again in the future.

Just stayed for a week July 10th -July 17th. My family and my brother in-law and his family. Plenty of room. My family had 5 his had 4. It was very nice and quiet. Just a very short walk to the beach. You can see the ocean from the end of driveway. Has laundry room, all kitchen things. Would definitely stay again. And recommend!

Lots of Space & Close to Beach
This is a great property: 2 houses with lots of beds, pull out couches, good sized yard, quick walk to the beach, no high rise condos around, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys, outdoor shower, big yard/patio/driveway, nice clothesline, room for pack n plays and air mattresses, quiet street. No internet, no dishwasher. It is the cutest vintage house and we’d love to come back!

Has a wonderfully large selection of wines. Thomas Donuts just a short walk and the best homemade donuts, sandwiches and seafood Poor Boys around.
