Luxury Crown Pointe pool & lake view home minutes to beaches & Old Naples

Welcome to our Paradise in Crown Pointe, Naples. The house has a real heart to it and is ideal for a family get together or for those looking to entertain during their stay in Naples.

The great room opens up to the lanai with sliding doors onto the extended deck/pool area with one of the largest pools in the neighborhood. The Great Room/Kitchen is Open Plan with a breakfast nook, bar and stools, equipped with a TV so you never miss a game. The Great Room has a 15-foot ceiling with a ceiling fan. The newly renovated kitchen comes fully stocked with all the appliances that you might need for and instant meal to a family feast. There is also a powder room and a shower bathroom with direct access from the pool area.

The master bedroom downstairs is equipped with a very comfortable king size bed and has a newly remodeled en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and TV. The master has direct access to the lanai through glass sliding doors. Downstairs, you will also find the dining room and the den equipped with TV, sofa, sofa bed and a desk with printer.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one king, one queen and one with twin beds. All rooms are comfortably equipped and all have ceiling fans and TV’s. You will also find a full bathroom upstairs.

The lanai has a ”cage” to keep insects away from the pool area so you can enjoy the full outdoor lifestyle with minimal pests! You will enjoy dining and relaxing outdoors, really living the Florida life-style! Pool heating is optional for a fee, but for most of the year that won't be necessary. A gas BBQ, two fans, deck chairs, outdoor dining table and umbrellas are there for your convenience. We also have a two-car garage.

Our home is located in the Crown Pointe community of Naples. Our guests will have access to the Crown Pointe clubhouse with tennis courts, a small gym, and a swimming pool. The clubhouse is right next to a beautiful lake which makes for a relaxing and safe morning walk or bike ride every day. We have bicycles, and golf sets (2) for our guests to use and, of course, all the gear you need for a fun day at the beach: chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers and toys.

Our home is very centrally located in Naples. You will find a grocery store just nearby in the Kings Lake Plaza. The beach is only a 10-minute drive away and so are many other attractions such as the beautiful Olde Naples with restaurants, boutiques and ice-cream parlors, the quaint Tin City with restaurants, speciality stores and boat companies that offer cruises in the beautiful Naples Bay, the huge Coastland Mall with shops and department stores, the elegant Waterside Shops and much more. The Everglades are not far away and make for an exciting day trip to study the wildlife of Florida.

Please note that we have always kept our property very clean and take extra care to maintain safety for all guests. Please ask us for more information as to what we do to maintain your safety.

Though we usually rent our home for 1-week stays or more, there is a minimum of 2 weeks over Christmas/New Year and Easter. Please don't hesitate to get in touch in case you have questions. We would love to chat with you.

Naples 2023

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! It is well kept and clean exactly like the pictures. The pool was amazing and the kids preferred it to the beach. The owners truly thought of everything you need to have a great stay from the basket of beach towels to anything you could ever need in the kitchen. The towels in all bathrooms were great quality and the master bathroom shower was incredible. The welcome book with house instructions came in very handy also. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Crown Pointe stay

We enjoyed staying in this very pleasant neighborhood. The home is very well equipped with kitchen items, beach towels, bikes, gas grill, swimming pool. etc. The property manager was very accommodating when we needed anything.

Family Vacation

Beach vacation

We loved this property! It is centrally located and 5-10 minutes from the beach. They have all the beach supplies you could possibly need. There are bikes available to ride and explore the area. The pool was wonderful to come home to after spending the day shopping or at the zoo. We will definetely be coming back to stay again!

This is a great house!

The reviews are right... this house has everything you need to have a comfortable stay without dragging all your stuff with you. And what we didn't have we gladly bought and left behind for the next family. If there was one thing I would say it was missing it was soap. There were a few bottles of hand soap, but nothing for the shower. All in all that didn't matter. The house is incredibly bright - I read that in some of the reviews but I don't think it sunk in until the late afternoon sun hit and heated up the upstairs. By bed time it had cooled down again, but it's pretty brutal if you wanted to be up there during the day. I'm on the fence about how bright the master bedroom downstairs is in the morning... I like a dark room, but it did sort of energize me to get up and get an early start to the beach. Towels, linens, beach gear, cooking equipment, comfortable furnishings... it's really a nice place and very calming. This is the first time I have rented a home where they had a printer available to use. If you can believe it, I used to drag a printer with us when we had our own business so I could do payroll or book work. We have never had access to a printer - and although we didn't need it, I was really impressed to see it! Two king size beds make this house a real gem when traveling with two families. THANK YOU! Most of the time one of the couples is stuck in a queen, making for tight quarters. The bed downstairs was amazing. Blew me away with how great we slept. My sister said the king upstairs was comfortable as well! The pool was clean and really large compared to where we have stayed before. There is a Publix literally one light away and the house is in a great spot to get downtown or over to the beaches. We never used the clubhouse, pool, or anything in that area so I can't speak to how that is. The neighborhood is quiet and well kept. We never heard anyone on either side of us. We would definitely rent here again! Thank you for a great week!

Family Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was exactly as listed online. the view of the lake was amazing and the property was a short drive to downtown Naples and the beach. The house was clean and well cared for and contained everything we needed for our trip. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils, pans, plates, etc. The garage was stocked with a cooler and plenty of beach chairs (and bikes). The house had plenty of towels and the showers were great with plenty of water pressure. No complaints on our end and we would definitely book this property for a future trip. The photos in the listing were accurate and exactly as expected.

Super Location in Naples

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen und das Haus war hervorragend. Günstige Lage, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und tolle Accessoires wie Fahrräder, Strandstühle etc. . Küche super ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter lief einwandfrei. Entfernung zur Stadtmitte nur 15min, und auch für andere Ausflüge gut gelegen Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen und würden wiederkommen.

Great Location and Amenities

We loved this property! The pool was just perfect to relax in from morning until bedtime, and the location could not have been more perfect. It is centrally located to downtown, the beach and any stores you may need/want to go to. The managers were very accessible and responsive to any questions we had as well! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Naples!

Perfect home for our family vacation

My sister and I flew in from different parts of the country to visit our elderly parents. Home was perfect. Ground floor master bedroom en suite for my dad who can do stairs. Walk out patio with pool was beautiful. Patio also had overhang so could still sit out even when it showered. Location was great to get to the beach, and our hosts had everything we needed for that.. beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels etc. I'd definitely recommend this home and we'll likely come back ourselves!

Crown Pointe stay in August 2021

We loved this home. It was thoroughly stocked with everything we needed. It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. There were 7 of us staying in the home and we never ran short of towels, chairs, etc. The pool was spectacular. We have two recommendations. 1) Better umbrellas/shade for the beach. One was ripped and the other was very small. A cool cabana/pop up would solve this issue. 2)The cooler handle kept coming off the cooler. Once you add ice, it got heavy to carry. These are small things but would never deter us from staying in this home again. The owners/manager have a great eye for details.

Amazing!!

My family consists of an 11 year old young lady, a 14 year old young man, a 13 year old young lady and a 15 year old young man, plus myself and boyfriend.... We are at the start of the lovely teen years with the kids. We were unsure how this trip would go due to their ages, but we were not disappointed! The house was gorgeous, clean, so much room, and the pool was amazing! Beach chairs, towels, beach toys, etc etc. You name it, it had it!!! I am so thankful we were able to stay here and will recommend to all! We made so many memories that will last a lifetime and without the stress of the small stuff. Wonderful Experience, Wonderful Hosts

We spent a week in this beautiful home when visiting our parents in nearby Kings Lake. Just a perfect spot. Kitchen was well-stocked, house was in pristine condition, internet was raging fast, pool/lanai were perfect. I was able to work from here with no problem while the family was off exploring Naples during the day. Quick drive to downtown Naples and beach, two minute drive to grocery store and Starbucks, and easy access to Naples airport (download LiveATC app and you can listen to the tower as you watch the planes!). Host provided bicycles including a pretty decent road bike that I rode down to the beach and back. Host were great communicators, friendly, accommodative. A+ spot and thank you for a wonderful experience!

We have vacationed in Naples every year since 1992 so I think it's safe to say we really love it here! After many years of renting vacation homes in Crown Pointe, we decided it was time to buy a vacation house. This community is really centrally located in Naples. We are close to everything! We are Swedish, so that's the reason we want to share our Paradise with guests. We spend our vacations here, but live in Sweden. The house is taken care of by a local property manager who will be happy to assist you if you need help. You will find all the contact details in our welcome binder in the house.

Why they chose this property

Crown Pointe is close to everything: grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, the beach, our historic Olde Naples! The house is big enough for two families and is very comfortable. Our pool is perhaps the largest one in our community and you can wake up every morning, take your coffee outside and watch the wildlife. It couldn't be more relaxing!

What makes this property unique

Naples is such a beautiful place! It is a community that is growing, but the city still maintains that small-town charm that we all love. Olde Naples is unique and our house is only less than 10 minutes away. You have everything at your fingertips! We try to provide everything you need for a relaxing vacation with family or friends.
