Stunning downstairs private suite with fireplace, gorgeous furnishings, comfortable beds, beautiful bedding. This space is Interior Designer owned and furnished. Private entrance, lovely deck for dining, vine-covered pergola for relaxing, and landscaped yard with fountain to enjoy for coffee or wine during your stay. There is no more convenient or luxurious place in Fort Collins.

From the moment you enter this curated gem of a home, you will feel pampered. Make coffee, pour yourself a glass of wine, or take a very short walk to the bars, breweries, and restaurants of Old Town. Thoughtful amenities are plentiful, and your hostess is quick to answer any questions you may have.

You will have private access to a suite that includes a bedroom, living room (with television, fireplace, and fold out couch/queen size bed), a family room, private bathroom with shower, an office, an extra workspace, and a laundry room. The upstairs breakfast room and backyard are shared spaces.

The street has 2 hour restricted parking in front of the house for short term parking, but there is always free parking all day and night behind the house in the driveway. There is a gate entrance there that takes you directly to your private entrance.

Quick weekend

I came in for a quick weekend visit and this apartment was perfect. It was very comfortable with a ton of space! The backyard was beautiful with many places to explore. Lisa was a great host! Highly recommend this apartment when you visit Fort Collins.

Elegant, beautiful spacious place exquisitely decorated.

Lisa was warm, helpful, supportive and provided tremendous privacy during our week long stay. Right in the heart of historic Ft Collins, near campus and downtown area. Highly recommend.

CSU move in stay

We loved this little apartment! It was like staying in a very nice boutique hotel but better. It is decorated impeccably. Not only has a beautiful and very comfortable the owner thought of many details so helpful for us like a brita filter, Coffee and tea , a robe, washer and dryer etc. The outdoor area is just beautiful with fountain, beautiful deck and Pergola. We stayed. there to drop off our daughter at CSU but we ended up having a wonderful vacation ourselves. The owner actually very helpful In helping us navigate Fort Collins and even found my daughter a new friend at CSU!

We are Los Angeles transplants who have embraced the Colorado lifestyle. We enjoy gracious living and want to make sure our guests do as well. I am an interior designer and enjoyed remodeling this Queen Anne property that was over 100 years old. My plan was to combine my urban, modern sensibility with the existing old character. We all think it worked really well but see what you think! I always love to hear new ideas. The house is on the historic registry. The picture above includes our service puppy-in-training for Canine Companions for independence. Her name is Nola. She may not be here by the time you come as she will be going on to change someone's life in a huge way. You will, however, be able to meet our two hypoallergenic poodles if you are a dog person. If not, they will happily stay with us in our main floor living space.
