LA BAULE HOUSE IN QUIET RESIDENCE WITH HEATED POOL (BEACH 700M).
EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY NEW - WORKS COMPLETED IN MAY 2019.
Charming little house entirely renovated in a tree-filled and secure residence with swimming pool 700 M from Benoît de La Baule beach.
You can enjoy the enclosed and secure garden in the morning with family breakfast :).
It is composed like this:
- On the ground floor a living room including a fitted kitchen area with dishwasher - induction hob (3) etc ...
- Sitting area with convertible sofa - TV - wifi.
A bathroom with walk-in shower - washing machine - hairdryer available.
- Upstairs, a small hall with storage cabinet then a bedroom with chest of drawers - TV also. From the window, you can see the La BAULE equestrian center where the jumping takes place every year.
Nearby: You will find a tennis court - Atlantia room - mini-golf 350 M - Benoît de La Baule beach at 700 M - crêperie etc ...
You will be 2 minutes from a shopping center (pharmacy - tobacco office - bakery - small restaurants - macdo nearby) etc ...
You will be able to discover: Pornichet and its port, its market - Le Pouliguen, its port and its restaurants - Guérande its fortified city and its salt marshes - Le Croisic etc ...
