I have been staying at the summit for years, unfortunately we went during spring break (which we did not know) there was just 3 of us that went. We was all chilling in the hot tub it was super crowded and one of the security guards started yelling something to everyone at the hot tube area and I had no idea what he said and I asked the lady beside me (“what did he say”) then the god awful security guard walked over to me squatted down and pointed his finger at me in my face and started cussing at me threatening to call the cops on me cussing at me calling me a little girl mind you I’m 32 I was SPEECHLESS I don’t say a word to him as he was doing that bc I was so confused on what was even going on as he walked away he said he was gonna call the police and have me escorted out for back talking. I then got out the hot tube and went to my room bc I was humiliated and completely embarrassed and the other security guard approached me and apologized for how he acted and he got my information and said he was gonna have something done like I was in tears bc the way he cussed me and talked to me was ridiculous. I’ve always loved the summit and my kids loved the summit we stay there at least 3 times a year but after that I highly doubt I’ll be back bc WHAT IF my kids witnessed that. He seriously must have thought I was a young college student bc he called me a spoiled brat like no sir I booked this trip with my money. I hope he’s no longer there for other ppls sake.
