"Happy Hour on 30A", located in the Arcadia Community, is nestled between Alys Beach and Seagrove on Scenic Highway 30A, near Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor, and Watersound. There is a 30 second walk to public beach access through Seabreeze Beach Access. 

As you enter this two-story duplex you will find a first-floor master bedroom with a king-size bed and private ensuite with a large glass-enclosed shower and double vanity, the master bedroom also has private access to the patio. The second bedroom on the first floor is also a king-size bed with shared access to a guest bath, with a single vanity and a tub/shower combination. The laundry room is located on the first floor as well.

The stairs will take you to the second floor which is the main living space of this duplex with a spacious open concept living, kitchen & dining area, with access to the private balcony space. The third bedroom is on the second floor with a king-size bed and private access to a shared bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Great location, wonderful trip!

Stayed here for our annual beach trip for the 4th and had a great time! Perfect duplex for our group and can’t say enough about the location! Super easy to get to the private or public beach access right across the street. Management was very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. We will keep this spot in mind for future trips!

Spacious House, close to beach

We stayed at the house for my kids’ fall break. I love the area and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The house was clean and spacious with plenty of space for my family of 4. My main complaint was that they had decided to have the exterior of all of the homes on the property painted during our stay. They did not inform us until as we were about to pull up on the property. There were painters all over the property throughout our entire stay. I did not feel comfortable letting my kids roam around and we did not feel super comfortable going to the pool.

Happy hour on 30a

Great place to stay. Very close to the beach (literally a two minute walk tops until you’re on the sand). All of the rooms were very spacious and clean. Love the balcony for sitting and having a good time. Would definitely stay here again. If they can move checkout time to 11 am then this place would be perfect.

Great Location

Great location. The walk to the beach was so easy and having beach chair set up was great but pretty pricey. We had 4 chairs for the week $800. The pool was very nice and quiet. I like that it only had a few properties so it felt quaint. The inside was clean. A short bike ride to Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary. If going to Seaside was about a 35 min bike ride.

Great location for a family beach trip - already hoping to return!

- Although the beach access was <2 minutes away, there is now private beach on both sides of the access point, meaning you have to walk in one direction or the other to get to a part of the beach where you can set up chairs. We have been coming to this beach for many years and are used to the restrictions on one side but were surprised by the other.

Wonderful Experience!

This was our 1st family vacation in years and included our one year old grandson, with his daddy (our son) and mama, our other son and his girlfriend (turned fiance on our first night at the beach!!) - we loved the proximity to the beach just a few steps away and the pool also very convenient - loved the layout of Happy Hours 30A with the cozy upstairs family area, kitchen and balcony perfect for the 7 of us! The place was bright, cheerful and well maintained, thank you for creating a homey atmosphere for the Pierce Party Family Vacation!!

Happy Hour on 30a

This location is clean. The crosswalks are not at this complex, and there is no sidewalk to get to them, making it very difficult to cross with small children. The stairs to the den and kitchen are pretty steep. There isn't any storage space for an ice chest, beach bags, or blow-up paddleboards. The property has a strict two-car policy. I understand that situation, but when several parking spaces are empty, it seems only logical that an extra spot could be used.

Great location, lovely duplex

The proximity to the beach access was great for traveling with toddlers! The unit seemed very well cleaned. It had possibly the most well-equipped kitchen I've ever had in a rental property. This made cooking a few meals in a breeze! The pool was nice and we loved that it included bikes. We wanted an extra bike and some child trailers but the bike manager was not very responsive. However the management company in general was responsive to our needs and remedied the issue quickly. We loved how close it was to bike to Watersound.

Great location. Cute duplex.

Loved the location! Easy short walk to beach access. Comfortable bed in master. WiFi did go out several times and had to reset it but not a big deal. Had a minor ant problem in kitchen. Started keeping everything in fridge or microwave. My only complaint (again not a deal breaker) but would love to see the master bathroom updated like the other bathrooms. Was a little jealous of my daughters bathroom upstairs. 😂 It was all so new, clean and bright. Would definitely stay here again. Also downstairs rooms stay much colder than upstairs floor but made for great sleeping for me.

Great location, perfect space

After staying many years in Seacrest, we decided to try out Happy Hour on 30A- and we were not disappointed! The location is just steps from the private deeded beach access (a HUGE plus). We loved the king-sized beds in each room, the setup of the living room and kitchen and the cozy balcony and front porch. The pool was right across the complex, which was a major plus for my two little boys. Overall, we loved it!

Great stay

Nice property, very clean and I love the layout. Only small issue was there is no beach service to rent chairs and umbrellas from at the area we have access to from here. Otherwise everything else was great and would stay again.

Lovely accommodations

We were pleased with the location and accommodations. There were small things that I would have expected to be provided, salt & pepper - little touches like that; but I'm guessing Covid is responsible for that. A "house manual" as to using the TV and air/heat settings would be a nice addition. Those questions were responded to pretty quickly by the hosts. The decorations were lovely, the beds and pillows comfortable! We would likely stay here again, but not through Vrbo. This was our first Vrbo experience and we found the ease of communication and finding all information in one place much less satisfying than our other travel experiences.

Stunning vacation home

Very very nice and clean! Beautiful duplex! The bikes were a huge plus in renting- had trouble with bike code and Saxon bikes immediately responded and got us going! Thanks, again to Saxon:) Property managers are great and so easy to communicate with.. any questions we had were IMMEDIATELY addressed! Lovely stay ! Thanks, again!
