Welcome to Raven Fox Farm! This cozy farmhouse sits on 5 acres surrounded by beautiful trees and horse paddocks. There are 5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms that sleep a total of 10 guests.
There is also a 5 stall barn if you are traveling with horses that can be rented.

The home has been newly furnished. Three bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom is a king bed with a flat screen TV and one bedroom has two twins. There is a kitchen with a new stove and dishwasher and coffee maker and kettle and cooking supplies if you want to have some meals in and a formal dining space and two living rooms. When the weather is right there is a pool outback for swimming or just floating on a raft enjoying the sun and country air. We have grills for summer time cook outs!
And sometimes you might even find a horse peeking over the fence at you and three resident cats that patrol the property. These are ideal accommodations for a group of friends traveling together, families, or business travelers. You will feel comfortable and right at home! This property is designed for visiting, relaxing, and entertaining. You’ll find everything you will need for a comfortable stay including free Wi-Fi access, flat screen television in main living area, central heating and air, a fully appointed kitchen, hair driers, and laundry area with iron and ironing board.

Owners are just a few minutes away if they are needed.

One of the key features of this property besides its comfort and amenities is its location. Outstanding!

The property and visit were outstanding across the board. Shannon was very responsive to pre arrival questions and met us to ensure we were comfortable in the home. The property is well located and has everything needed to relax while vacationing. We look forward to visiting again.

Great accommodations!

The property was perfect for the 6 of us guys to get away for a bourbon touring weekend. The house was located conveniently for a quick drive to a number of distilleries. It was a super comfy place to hang out in the evening after touring. The owner was super accommodating, made sure we had everything we needed to have a relaxing visit. Clean and comfy house, exactly what we needed.

Perfect for any kind of gathering

We are from the Lexington/Louisville area and wanted a place to feel away from everything but not too far away for a bachelor party. This location was IDEAL. Private, fun, and everything you could possibly need. Shannon gave me a tour of the entire place and checked in to make sure we were all set throughout. Highly recommend staying here for any sort of occasion, especially if you are visiting and want stay on a piece of beautiful KY country, and still having plenty of stuff to do nearby.

Shannon was wondeful to work with, and the property is such a great vacation place. The pool, the proximity to bourbon and golf, and the owner is fantastic. High recommend. Worth every penny. We will be back.

Family Memories

Our family had an enjoyable stay where we made lots of memories. The Host was very helpful with house tips and area information. They even added a personal touch with a welcome basket upon our arrival. The amenities from the pool to house set up was a 10 star rating. The bedrooms were all spacious and downstairs gave us enough room where we were not on top of each other. I recommend to anyone who loves the outdoor because this property is amazing!

We had a wonderful time. We came from 3 areas of Kentucky to get together. The teens lived in the pool. My daughters loved the many sitting areas and we all enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. Pisgah Half Mare-thon race weekend

Raven Fox farm is an outstanding and beautiful property. The owners are very cordial and accommodating. Great for 4 or 5 couples with a great deck and pool for outside entertaining. Second time we have used this property and can't wait for the third.

Best House and Hostess in all of Kentucky

Six of us age 50 to 63 from a local Bourbon club came up for a race at Keenland followed by a Bourbon Trail tour the next day. The house is close to Keenland and a good kicking off spot for many of the local distilleries. It is roomy, well appointed and clean. We took advantage of the fire pit both nights to enjoy a bonfire and some comradery. Shannon went above and beyond the entire time we were there. She checked in with us numerous times to make sure all was OK and we didn't need anything. She gave us lots of good local advice and even found us a great driver for the day we toured the distilleries so we could all enjoy the tours a lot more. She has a great personality and is a lot of fun to work with. We will be back, but we will schedule our next trip around when this house is available. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Can't we give more than 5 Stars??

Just returned from 7 days at the property and cannot say enough about how wonderful it was! From the day of arrival and changing plans for arrival times, to the in-person visit and tour of the home from Shannon, to the lovely welcome basket, the guidance about traffic and police presence in the evenings on highways, the tour of the farm - not to mention how well appointed the home is! Even complete with an evening visitor named Ricky Bobby we all came to love and adore (a sweet kitty). The location was perfect for us as well - lots of history, natural beauty, shopping and great restaurants nearby. If I could click my heels and be back there right now - I surely would! Thank you, Shannon and Jamie, for treating us like family.

Great biking location!

Group of friends found this to be a wonderful location for 3 full days of biking beautiful roads, taking a Bourbon Trail Tour, going to the track and enjoying the area. Good house for groups, and perfect for families/kids. Host Shannon is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Enjoyed the week!

Perfect relaxing getaway!

Shannon was an amazing host! She made sure we had everything we needed and included a fun welcome basket! The house was clean and had plenty of space with the most cozy and comfortable beds! Bourbon and Horse Country Escape

Fantastic property for a group trip. Plenty of outdoor space for fun, including a sparkling clean pool, fire pit, grill and lots of outdoor seating. Great location on a horse farm in proximity to distilleries and not far from Lexington!

WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Wonderful property and property owners. The house was perfect, clean, and had plenty of room for a large group. The pool water was pristine well maintained. Shannon was an amazing host and made sure she was available in case we needed anything. We rented the property for a Bachelorette party and every single person, especially the bride, were so impressed with the property and with Shannon as a host. Annual Girl Trip

My group of girlfriends (9 of us) stayed at Shannon’s house for a 3 day weekend trip. We’ve been traveling together for over 20 years and have stayed in different cities. Shannon is a top notch host and made us feel so comfortable in her home. She was available to be contacted at anytime and provided lots of information about local establishments. The house was extremely clean, the beds were very comfy and the pool was beautiful. I would highly recommend this house to anyone traveling to the Lexington area!

The wedding stay

This property was ideal for our family. We were in Versailles for my grandson’s wedding at the Kentucky Castle. The groom and best man stayed with us. The outdoor pool allowed for the groom and his friends to gather in the evenings. My younger grandchildren enjoyed the pool by day. The country charm of the home suited our family very well. The owner was so kind and responsive. We enjoyed her horse in the back paddock and all her lovely flowers and plants. We would recommend this property to anyone without hesitation.

Excellent Stay

We had a wonderful stay! Shannon was very responsive and very attentive to detail. The house is very clean and well maintained. Plenty of room for 10 people with excellent outdoor seating. Sadly the weather wasn’t in our favor to enjoy the deck, pool and fire pit. We would recommend and would stay again.

Perfect home

This was the best VRBO home I have stayed in. My group loved not only the home but the hospitality shown to us by the owners. We had a guys trip for the LSU game, Kenneland and bourbon trail and this was the perfect location. On a working horse farm with horses 20 yard from the front porch was a great place to start your day. Plenty of back yard room and a pool to cook out by and enjoy the night. Versailles is a great town and this is a find!

Kentucky Farm House

Loved our stay at the KY Farm House with family. the house was the perfect size, the pool was a huge hit for the kids and the horses were our friendly neighbors. want to make this an annual event if possible. Our hosts were awesome and very helpful.
