Fantastic!

Cheryl is a very kind and welcoming host. Her chickens and roosters add a lovely rural ambiance and entertainment! The cabin is cozy and spotless with a new Cinderella incinerating camode, very eco friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed biking and exploring this more remote area of the island with all conveniences at hand. Thanks for sharing Cheryl!

An enjoyable Canadian cabin experience

The property is well situated for exploring Manitoulin Island, including the west portion. The cabin was clean and cozy, and had all the necessities for a few days stay. The supply of cooking essentials and fresh eggs upon arrival was a thoughtful touch. Cheryl was a warm and welcoming host. We enjoyed chatting with her and finding out about the island. It was entertaining to watch the chickens run around and interact with us. Knowing the shower is in the sauna (as stated in the property description) was helpful in the planning and packing for our visit.

Great cabin amidst nature

We had a very nice stay, as the cabin provided everything one could wish for. Just had to step outside for the shower, which for us was no problem at all...

The owner is super friendly and amenable and has made the two-bedroom cottage clean, cozy and extremely well equipped. You are greeted with a wide sun porch that enters onto an open kitchen and living room. Beside a well-appointed kitchen, amenities include a BBQ, WIFI, satellite TV, a separate shower and sauna, clothesline, informative bulletin board, fire pit, and entertaining chickens that produces delicious free-range eggs and rooster alarm.
