One mile to local grocery, dining and much, much more. Just a few miles north to the Coconut Point Mall. We are a retired New England based couple and we love our new Bonita Springs condo. The furnishings and all the other details have been upgraded to the level that we love and hopefully you will too. We are non-smokers.
Why they chose this property
We’ve rented in the Bonita Fairways community for 3 years before we found this exceptional condo and love everything about it. The location gives us access to all the charms of Southwest Florida. Direct flights to and from available at great prices. Friendly helpful neighbors with plenty of activities available.
What makes this property unique
Our condo is unique in the Bonita Fairways community with a large 2 car garage and an oversized Lanai overlooking a picturesque lake facing the beautiful sunsets.
