Stay in the residential area of La Grière, in this large house of 116 m² on 2 levels for up to 8 people.
The house is located in a very quiet private estate (reduced traffic), 150 m from the sandy beach.
She disposes :
- on the ground floor, a living room / dining room, a separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one with separate shower, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet,
- on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.
Outside, you will enjoy the terrace facing west and south, and the walled garden shaded and trees.
The house has a garage for one car.
Two separate refrigerators and freezers help limit shopping at the supermarket to make the most of the holidays.
A ping-pong table is at your disposal (rackets and balls not provided).
An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off the beach.
The house is completely non-smoking. Animals are not allowed.
The end-of-stay cleaning is not included but can be offered as an option at a price of 60 €.
