The beach is 200 meters away, as well as the seafront promenade leading to Thiers Pier. The bike path along the seafront is 50 meters from the villa.
The villa is on 2 floors: completely renovated, ideal for 4 people, max.
Free street parking all year round. TGV station and TER 15 minutes walk

RC: A living room with sofa bed comfortable, convertible 140x200, flat screen TV with Box, a separate toilet, a separate fully equipped kitchen, (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, espresso) , Toaster, kettle), followed by a patio planted with plancha, outdoor dining table and chairs, deckchair for lazy days.
FLOOR: A large bedroom with balcony equipped with a 140X200 bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, followed by a second bedroom opposite to the patio, with two bunk beds of 90X200, bedside tables, wardrobe and flat screen TV, BB bed Folding, a shower room with Italian shower and washing machine, tumble dryer.
Practical side: The villa is ventilated by a VMC, and offers a good level of comfort and charm. Bicycle rental 150 m, to take advantage of the many bike paths of Arcachon. The street, with free parking, always offers the possibility to park nearby.
