Communicating with Julie was easy, and I appreciated that. The condo was very clean, open and airy, and had everything needed from shampoo, soap and conditioner to more than one roll of paper towels and toilet paper. (Nothing like getting to a property and having to think twice about those things.) The property itself was in a great area, very quiet, and I loved the pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Nicely furnished. Nice kitchen with standard amenities. No cleaning supplies to mop the floor, though. Would be great to have washer and dryer instructions. Pretty grounds with pool, small gym and tennis court. Enjoyed my stay.

This condo is in an excellent location, close to good food offerings and nice stores within a very short walk. The beautiful Arizona Biltmore golf club is just around the corner and makes for a very nice 2 mile walk amongst some of the most beautiful neighborhoods you will ever see. Being central in midtown, access to see the rest of the area is easy. The space is nice for two people in this bright condo with windows from floor to ceiling. Everything you need is in the unit and the owner is easy to communicate with. The unit was very clean as well, which is important to us.

The condo was perfect…clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. Very easy access to all highways which we used since we traveled around the state. Julie was an excellent host…very responsive to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend the unit for anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

Perfect location - close to everything!
This centralized location is perfect! You can get downtown, to Scottsdale, the airport, anywhere in the valley in just a few minutes. Nice gated community with two relaxing pools. The owner was super easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Awesome location, near all Pheoix parks (did all three in 2 5 days). Morning hike afternoon poolside. Food chooses all around were great. Liked being near Scottdale but really didn't spend time there. Restuarants too busy in Scotsdale, choices close by were better. Loved it!

A perfect vacation!
I highly recommend this property. It is very spacious, clean and well equipped. It is in a great location with a mall and great restaurants and outdoor dining just a few minutes walk away. It is also close to Phoenix airport, it's in a very safe area and close to some awesome hikes. We would love to stay there again.

Nostalgia Trip to Phoenix
Retired after 40+ years in Pheonix, it was a treat two years later to spend timeseeing friends in such a clean and stylish apartment right in the heart of living and entertaining Phoenix. The welcoming and suppport were just right and we espscially liked the quiet setting in the midst of active and vibrant Phoenix.
