Step out onto your private, wraparound balcony every evening to watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico! This rental has been completely remodeled with wood plank tile throughout, lovely modern beach decor, and a fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all of the utensils and gadgets you need to whip up home-cooked meals. With this condo, you will also be able to enjoy Bluewater's many shared amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and a fitness center.

Bluewater is in the heart of Orange Beach, within a short drive of many great local restaurants, shops, and fun attractions! Take a day to explore Alabama Gulf State Park, only two-and-a-half miles away, with various trails, fishing, kayak rentals, and bike paths! You are also only six miles from the Wharf where can catch a movie, dine at several restaurants, shop, and ride one of the tallest Ferris wheels on the Gulf Coast!

THINGS TO KNOW
Bluewater will be undergoing construction from August 1, 2023, until around March 1, 2024. During this period, noise will be audible during work hours, which are Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Noise will include but not be limited to jackhammering, scraping, and power tools. Balconies may have limited access or be unavailable as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Our Vacation
.This condo was BEYOND perfect ...the view was AMAZING!!!! ... we couldnt get the oven to work ...but had an IMMEDIATE response when we let them know. ...they had plenty of appliances that we were able to use without it.

Great place!!
Great access to beach. A couple issues like stove didn’t work and the dryer did not get hot. Also had mold in the bathroom on the vent. Other than that it was great!!

AHSAA State Track Meet
My family of 4 stayed here during the AHSAA State Track meet. We truly enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. We travel to the beach 1 -2 times a year and stay at condos in the beach and this by far was one of the nicest ones. This condo is on the 15th floor so the views were amazing. And the furniture on the balcony was very clean and comfortable. We have teenage boys so we mostly cook every meal during our stays. , The kitchen was well stocked with great quality cookware which is a a problem sometimes when we stay. There plenty of appliances such as insta pot, ninja, crockpot etc… which I appreciated. The beds were comfortable. And the entire condo was very clean. The balcony was a wrap around so our boys were able to enjoy the sunshine and view from their room too. There was a red flag alert on the beach and a few rainy moments so we appreciated the fact that there was an indoor pool and jacuzzi. The TV’s in every room were a nice size, unlike some condos the TV is big in common area and very small in bedrooms. Walmart is down the street and a Dollar General and couple of souvenirs shops across the street. We loved it. We hope that this condo is available next year when we come back to State track meet or for Fall break because we will definitely stay again. Thank you for an amazing experience.

We went from May 23 to 27 2022 . We got there about 730 8 o’clock and when I walked in We too MK our shoes off at the door the floor was so gritty, it was ridiculous don’t get me wrong I know that they should have some sand on the floor but this was ridiculous. Also we went to use the oven and the oven was dirty as well. Don’t get me wrong it’s a beautiful beautiful condo but it is not being taken care of I tried to use the vacuum to get the sand off the floor it didn’t work all I had was a mop and a broom which I swept the whole condo about four or five times to try to get the floor clean and pass the mop. The dishes in the cabinet were still dirty I took some bowls out and it had a red sauce in it so that was uncalled for they didn’t check the dishes they just put them back in the cabinet. So I wind up washing almost all the dishes that we use the pots pans everything cleaned before I used them . The icebox does not work very well in there when we got there we put a few things in it and wasn’t it getting cold so I put everything in the freezer till about three 4 o’clock in the morning and he took them out and then the icebox was cool . Also the Island in the middle of the floor was broken. I have pictures but I can’t upload them on here I wish I could.

Stay didn’t match the price
The pictures are definitely nicer than the condo. Here are some pros and cons. Cons The bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable and is squeaks terribly when you are on it. The ice maker didn’t work There are loose tiles on the balcony. They are right where you would naturally put your feet to stand and if you accidentally knocked them off, it could be really bad for someone below. The dryer sensor is bad and did not dry clothes in a decent amount of time. The couch is dirty and stained. Pros Beautiful sunset view. Nicely decorated. Having access to balcony from each room. This is our second year staying at the BlueWater condominiums & while we enjoyed the condo overall as far as the pool and beach area goes, we will not be returning to room 1506. The room we stayed in last year had a smaller price tag and was much nicer.

Fantastic
So this home is fantastic However, the cleaning services are not. The owner has standards for her home as she replaced the dishwasher that was broken quickly. The disappointment is not the home but the wait time to entire the home after a 15 hour drive we had to wait until almost 6pm to enter the home, with 6 kids. Also, the quality of the clean was a disappointment. I understand times are hard with people not wanting to work and those who work are working several people's job. However, better communication on the situation would have been nice. I never received my welcome text to enter the home until 2 days later. Possibly in a time not so busy none of this would happen.

Pros: amazing view, it has obviously been renovated in recent years, granite counters, newish tile, etc., decor is incredible, toys and boogie board in the closet along with a big umbrella, we would stay again if it gets cleaned up Cons: needs a thorough cleaning, our feet were black just from walking around the condo, outdoor furniture cushions were mildewed in the closet, living room furniture and bed quilts were extremely dirty and sectional ripped, DVD players didn’t work, needs to be painted and floors had layers of dirt caked by the edges on the baseboards, no ice maker in the fridge (but they did provide a countertop ice maker),

Wonderful condo!
Wonderful rental! Easy check in and out. Security was available but not over powering. Condo was well laid out and appliances were clean and of very good quality. Pool area was perfect! Pictures are accurate! Hope to return!

We’ve been vacationing in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach for years and the first time staying at the Bluewater Condominiums. The location was great, size of thee condo was great and more than accommodated our 4 of 4 which included teenagers. We loved the large covered balcony to enjoy morning coffees, breakfast. My only negatives include that the photos make the condo appear to have more space than it does. There were also noticeable stains and tears to the living room furniture.

Great location for a beach vacation
We had a wonderful time at this condo! The views of the gulf are spectacular and we watched the sunrise each morning while drinking coffee on the covered porch. Nearly everyday we saw dolphins in addition to the pelicans. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware but bring your own salt, pepper and other spices. The kitchen is modern and clean. We would definitely return to 1506 for another get away!

The condo was beautiful, However....
The condo was just as pictured, but smaller. It certainly wasn’t as large as the pictures made it out to be. The indoor hot tub was not working but the heated indoor pool was great. The wi-fi was not secure, but the 4g lite on our phones worked well and we were in vacation, so that was not a worry . The condo was comfortable and fit our family of 9 great. There were several places to go for kid entertainment. The food was amazing. The kids loved LuLu’s. The week of our booking the agency called and stated the condo has water damage from the condo above and wanted us to move to a different condo. They tried to find a condo to move us to, that was a down grade from this condo. When I rejected all the other condos the said the master bedroom bed was broke and had to be replaced and we would have to sleep on the mattress on the floor. I’m not sure why they tried to get us to switch condos as the bed was not broken and we were on the 15th floor and there was not a condo above us! The. On our third night there our parking passes that had been left in condo for us upon our arrival, we’re questioned? I took pictures of the condo upon arrival to document some of the things that were already going on with the condo. A lamp in one of the bedrooms had a piece broken off and the living room sectional had a tear in one of the bottom cushions. Some of the sliding doors would not open and the main sliding door to the oceanfront patio would not lock. Other than that we had a great time at this condo and Orange Beach.

Great stay!
The condo 1506 at Bluewater was amazing! It had everything I needed to cook and had a wonderful view! The condo was awesome as my son said! I would DEFINITELY stay in this condo again and will be booking it again in a few weeks for next year! Thank you for the wonderful time and stay!

Awesome vacation home!
Awesome vacation home with the best views. The property was very nice, the home we stayed in was clean and well maintained. Just steps away from the beach, true oceanfront. I do not have a single complaint about this property.
