This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 14th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Two queen sized beds in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating for relaxing and ocean viewing. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

First Class Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful condo is first class all the way. Overlooking the beautiful green emerald Isle, you first notice all the extras. There was a beautiful wreath on the door to greet us and a mat on the floor. The furniture and the decor are beautiful. Two comfortable leather recliners, very large television screens, and the added ambience of candles, stands out as above and beyond the normal. The rugs and towels are all plush. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, and every utensil you can think of. There is a combination coffee pot/Keurig, which was very convenient. The patio is amazing. Not only is there a large table with six chairs, but two recliners and two rocking chairs, all decorated with beautiful pillows, and the added beauty snd coziness of lanterns on each table. The location is amazing. We only had to walk across the street to Mike’s oysters and seafood to get the most delicious meals. Mike’s sister company donut shop is right down the street, a must try. You won’t be disappointed, giving this beautiful condo a try!

Modern Resort Feel

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you are looking for a condo with a modern resort feel, 1403 is it. This condo is freshly painted, very clean with brand new furniture and decor. The showers have great water pressure and the host provides quality towels. The WIFI is good and all 3 TV 's work well. The kitchen is equipped with everything to make a gourmet meal. Winn Dixie, Carousel and CVS are all close by for stocking the pantry and fridge. The gas grills worked great and very similar to a home unit. There is a full size washer and dryer. I love going home with all clean clothes.For us, the balcony was the rock star of the unit. This balcony is huge, with 2 comfy lounge chairs, dining for 6 and 2 rocking chairs. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the sounds of the wave, the breathtaking ocean view, and dining. The white sandy beach is beautiful and easily assessable. We used the complementary beach chairs and umbrella every day. ( nice perk as they are $45 a day to rent.)There is a bank of four elevators. The waits were short and we seldom shared the ride. Parking was never an issue. Just make sure you get your pass from the office. Although we didn't use the pools, they look nice and inviting. We loved our stay at Emerald Water Retreat and highly recommend you book 1403. I know, we will become regulars at this wonderful condo.

Softball World Series Week

We were in town for my daughter to play in the Fastpitch World Series and my family of 5 fit perfectly into this condo. Everything was easy accessible. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors, they needed a good scrubbing for any littles to be let down. 14th floor was a bit high for our liking but overall I would pick it again.

Nice vacation

First of all the condo is very nice and roomy. The layout was perfect. The balcony is huge with plenty of patio furniture for everyone. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! The only negative I have would be the beds are a little hard. Pools and hot tub were nice and clean. I personally liked that security was everywhere. I felt that our vehicle was much safer with the constant patrolling and they were all very nice. Elevators were never an issue. We never waited over a couple of minutes on one. Location was also excellent (the quieter side of PCB) which also meant traffic was not terrible. Property mgr Helen was also really nice and available for any questions I had. My family had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Amazing Views, Wonderful Condo

My mom and I loved our stay at the condo. It was clean, cozy, and cute. The kitchen was well equipped to cook all of our purchases from Buddy's Seafood Market, and we enjoyed all of these meals out on the spacious balcony overlooking the jewel tones of the ocean. We were impressed with the maintenance and grounds crew of Emerald Isle- they kept all the common areas neat, tidy, and looking good. The inclusion if beach chairs and umbrella was a bonus for this unit. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Beautiful condo! Very comfortable with added nice touches like cubbies and hooks in the bathrooms and rugs by the doors. The balcony is amazing! I love the outdoor dinning sets and rocking chairs!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed this condo and the location. It's toward the west end of the beach so is farther away from traffic and construction. It's beautifully decorated and well equipped, including an air fryer and blender in the kitchen. We typically like to stay between the 6th and 10th floors but found the 14th wasn't too high. The patio has 3 different seating areas, is huge and acts as another living space. Having an oceanfront bedroom with direct access to the patio is a must. We ate breakfast on the balcony every morning. Mike's Oyster Bar is directly across the street but no longer serves breakfast. Salty Sue's is a 2-minute drive and has great food. The beach chairs with umbrella are a definite plus. We highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful beach view!

We stayed 5 nights in early May. The condo was exactly as pictured with plenty of space for our family of 3. The balcony was very spacious and the view was amazing. Parking was never an issue. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Fantastic location

Beach chairs was included in our package which i very much appreciated! Plenty of parking available-no fighting for parking spaces. Unit was clean and spacious with great view of ocean.

Housekeeping was not very good, sheet on twin bed had something sticky on it , found partial pack gum, 6 year old was upset cause we would not let her eat the candy she found, mold in the tubs, Floors felt dirty, had plenty of pillows but no pillow cases bed spread coming apart. Other than the cleanness rest was good

This condo was the perfect size for our family of 5. It had a double and single bed in the 2nd bedroom, so our 3 teenage daughters all had enough room. Condo also has a pull-out couch. Overall, the it was clean and updated with nice decor. It came equipped with almost everything we needed--We didn't bring beach towels since we flew in, so that was the one thing missing for us. It was so nice to go down to the beach and have 2 chairs and an umbrella available each day (included with condo) The views from the 14th floor balcony are spectacular!! Helen, the owner, was easy to contact. She sent all the check in information via email so it made the process seamless. Overall this a great property right on the Gulf in a quieter section on PCB. We loved it!

Beautiful view & very clean

The condo was clean & had an amazing view from the balcony. The manager responded promptly to my inquiries, and was very polite. If I had any “complaints” it would be we really needed more towels/wash cloths. One set per person just isn’t enough, and I didn’t want to do laundry on my vacation. Our king bed wasn’t very comfortable, but we prefer a softer bed so that’s just our preference. We also did not realize we had to make sure the door was locked upon leaving each time. (We assumed it automatically locked like other condos). I would have made that more clear in the description. Regardless of these minor inconveniences, we would stay here again because it was clean & a nice area/view.
