About this property

You will be housed in a post house dating from the seventeenth century completely renovated, quiet, located 50 meters from the marina, shops and restaurants in the city. With a surface area of 28 m2, this apartment has a living area with a comfortable living room, a dining area and an equipped kitchen and a shower room. You can also access the green patio that our building offers. Free parking, unlimited and guarded is at your disposal 350 meters from our house.

You will be housed in a post house dating from the seventeenth century completely renovated, quiet, located 50 meters from the marina, shops and restaurants in the city. Free, unlimited and guarded parking is available for free at 350 meters from our apartment. Ideally located near Avignon, the Camargue (Arles), Nîmes and Cévennes, two airports and two TGV stations, Beaucaire has all the assets to spend a pleasant holiday with family, friends or couples, while enjoying a variety of landscapes.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons pu apprécier l'accueil, la disponibilité de notre hôte. Le cadre est vraiment très agréable avec la petite cour. En ce qui concerne la location elle-même, il n'y a absolument rien à redire si ce n'est qu'il faut prendre l'habitude, la routine d'ouvrir et de refermer le canapé matin et soir (très bonne literie au demeurant). A renouveler à l'occasion. Et merci aussi à l'accueil de Roméo. Longue vie à toi.

Petit nid douillet à Beaucaire - Août 2018.

Pendant 11 jours nous avons séjourné aux gîtes du Rouget à Beaucaire. Reçus très chaleureusement par Philippe et Jean François GOBIN nous avons trouvé l'endroit idéal pour découvrir cette belle région qu'est la Provence. Philippe et Jean François sont des propriétaires disponibles, à votre écoute et jamais avares de bons conseils pour vous guider dans le choix de vos visites. Cela restera pour nous une très belle rencontre. Un petit mot pour notre ami Roméo qui fut un fidèle compagnon pendant notre séjour. Heureusement, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout découvrir, ce qui , inévitablement, nous amènera à revenir. C'est sans l'ombre d'une hésitation que nous réserverons à nouveau ce gite. Une adresse à recommander.

Convenient studio apartment located near Arles, Nimes, Avignon

The apartment is easy to find, thanks to the clear map sent in advance. It's only 20 minutes from Nimes/Garons airport! The studio apartment is located on the ground floor, so one window looks out onto the street, the other opens out onto a courtyard garden. Despite being right in the heart of the old town of Beaucaire (which in itself is charming), it is actually really quiet! The facilities included a kitchen/dining area, complete with hob, microwave, pots and pans, etc. The shower room was compact, though perfectly functional. A TV with Fransat receiver is located in the living/sleeping area. In the communal area, a washing machine is provided with drying racks. It is really nice to sit out in the courtyard garden and relax, occasionally meeting other residents (a total of two flats above, and a further studio next door. The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and make you feel very welcome. So why only 4/5? I hadn't realised that the sleeping arrangements were on a sofa bed, which needs to be made up each day after a busy day sightseeing which was a bit of a pain. I would also have liked a small cooling fan just to ease the temperature at night time. Otherwise, I wouldn't hesitate to stay either in Beaucaire nor here, in the property run by Jean-François and Philippe who have a fantastic set of apartments at your disposition!

excellent séjour

Nous avons séjourné au gîte du Rouget pour une semaine, le lieu est idéalement situé pour effectué des visites. Le logement où nous avons séjourné était d'une propreté irréprochable et décoré avec soin, nous avons fait connaissance avec des hôtes très professionnels, de bons conseils, disponibles et discrets, nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Un séjour très agréable !

Pour la deuxième année consécutive nous avons séjourné chez Jean-François et Philippe Gobin dans l'appartement Le Rouget à Beaucaire. Et pour la deuxième fois cela a été un grand plaisir ! L'accueil était très chaleureux. L'appartement était très propre, comme d'ailleurs le reste de la propriété. L'ensemble fait une impression très entretenue. Aussi comme l'année dernière les Gobin nous ont fourni de très bons conseils concernant les lieux intéressants dans les environs de Beaucaire. Ainsi on a visité La Carrière des Images: cela vaut vraiment la peine; c'est tres impressionnant ! Nous conseillerons de tout coeur et avec grand plaisir cette location à tous ceux qui voudraient passer une semaine (ou plus !) à Beaucaire. Cet endroit est vraiment 'la crème de la crème'!

Très jolie propriété arrangée avec beaucoup de gout par les propriétaires .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Beaucaire . Parfaitement situé géographiquement entre Arles , Avignon , Nîmes .A notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli par les très sympathiques propriétaires . Ce sont des personnes charmantes et vraiment très discrètes .Quel bonheur au petit matin de prendre son petit déjeuner dans le patio verdoyant et calme et je n-oublierai pas l'incontournable Romeo ( L'adorable chat )qui nous a accompagné tout au long de notre séjour . Sans hésitation je recommande ce gite .

spacieux et agréable

Le studio très bien situé, possibilité de parking à 350m pratique studio spacieux et un patio embaumé par le jasmin, agréable pour diner dehors possibilité de lire ou bronzer au soleil à l'étage.. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil et gardons cette adresse.

Trés bon week end à Beaucaire -

Très bel appartement, propre et confortable! Hôtes accueillant.

L'appartement et le patio sont très sympa. L'appartement est neuf et très bien entretenu. Tout y est. On a été très bien accueilli par les hôtes et par Roméo le maître des lieux (un très gentil chat). En résumé, rien à redire sur l'appartement mais on a été déçu par la ville de beaucaire...

Impeccable !

Les frères-propriétaires nous avaient préparé un très chaleureux accueil. L'appartement était prêt et dans une condition impeccable. Tout était très propre et bien rangé. L'ensemble des appartements, la cour, le solarium: c'était vraiment magnifique! Rien ne manquait. Nous pouvons absolument recommander ce gîte de vacances. Nos compliments aux propriétaires. In één woord: genieten!

Heerlijk appartement. Zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Maar het mooiste plekje van het appartement is toch wel de prachtige binnentuin! Iedere avond met een lekker glas wijn van kunnen genieten. Je hebt wel echt een auto nodig om de omgeving te kunnen ontdekken. Want in de nabije omgeving is veel te doen en te beleven (maar wel op auto afstand).

Excellent!!

Le village est calme et est très bien situé pour visiter la région (Nîmes, Arles, Avignon, ....). Le logement est confortable et bien équipée. Il ya un accès à une belle cour. Le WiFi est gratuit et de haute qualité. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et attentionné. Ils aident à trouver un stationnement pour la voiture. Certes, je recommanderais cet établissement à mes amis!!

Etat neuf du studio, spacieux, propre et moderne ce qui correspond à ce que nous choisissons habituellement. Bien situé par rapport aux visites prévues. Bon échange avec les propriétaires et leurs 2 compagnons à quatre pattes.
