Let yourself be tempted by this magnificent 120m² 3-bedroom apartment where you will be able to have your breakfasts like a King, either on your very own terrace in the middle of the greenery, or in your bed in front of the TV: your choice.

As far as the layout, things are looking pretty good:

- A breathtaking living room with sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining table to 4 people, and as a bonus, a library and a piano (works even if you don’t know how to play).

- A 70m² terrace with 2 distinct areas: one for dining with a table that sits 6 people, and one for lounging and relaxing with the appropriate sun-bathing chairs.

- A large kitchen with everything you need, and especially a coffee machine (“What else?”), as well as the latest appliances. There is access to a second terrace where you will find a dining table for 4, perfect for those who would want a private seating area away from the crowd, to have breakfast or read a good book in peace.

- A bedroom suite with private bathroom and access to the lounging area on the main terrace.

- A second bedroom with double bed, a TV set and board games (ideal for teenagers).

- A third bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace as well.

- A second bathroom to serve the 2 bedrooms.

- A parking area just for you.

Some highlights:
- High rise residence property, located at the begining of the famous Avenue du Roi Albert (it is famous, guaranteed!) in the heart of the Californie area (famous as well).
- Air conditioning: please use common sense and avoid setting it at 18 degrees, or below, in the middle of August (also applies to July).
- High-speed Internet connection, because all you need is love and wifi.
- Absolute peace and quiet location (please note that the noise from the seagulls is not considered as a nuisance).

And, as a bonus:
- A Set of clean sheets is provided for each bed.
- 1 large and 1 small bath towel per person. Sorry, the towel dimensions are not adjustable to the size of each person, even if we tried really hard...
- A map of the city, transportation and a guide to places not to miss (and to miss).
- A survival kit upon arrival (shampoo, shower gel, water, coffee and tea).
- Sorry, no day or evening parties are allowed, to protect everyone’s peace and quiet time.

Some geography, so you know where you are:

After a few seconds by car (or bicycle), you will reach the Avenue Maréchal Juin, a main thoroughfare that will enable you to reach various destinations within less than five and a half minutes:

The famous beaches of the Mouré Rouge or the Palm Beach areas.

- Reach the Boulevard Alexandre III for a show at the theater.

- Go to Port Canto to rent a yacht (or to sit on a bench and watch people rent yachts, it’s up to your bank account).

- Have a cocktail at the Bijou Plage terrace (with or without alcohol, depending on your mood).

- Stroll along the Croisette and take a ride on the Carrousel or race some remote-controlled boats.

- Change scenery and go discover the beaches of Golfe Juan and Juan Les Pins.

To make your life easier:

Ask us what you would like to make you stay more enjoyable, especially a driver, some housekeeping, or even a baby crib or a high chair for your little one. We offer a concierge service that will fulfill all your basic and practical needs.

Good to know:

Check-in and check-out are flexible (like us), except if other guests are arriving and/or departing on the same day as you do, in which case the check-in is no earlier than 4 pm and check-out no later than 10 am (Superman was available, but Supercleaner was not.)

IMPORTANT: An extra charge of 35 Euros will be required for late arrivals after 8 pm. Late arrivals after midnight will be possible only with a key lock box (we need to keep that time for Netflix).
