Relax in this cozy and comfortable upstairs apartment with balcony in the middle of Historic Saint Augustine, just 10 minutes' walk from St. George walking street, in the very heart of Saint Augustine.

Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site (2 designated spots for your apartment)

The unit is equipped with a full bath. We know that traveling can be hectic so if you forgot your shampoo or conditioner, we provide a travel size for you to enjoy until you can grab your favorite.

The amenities don't stop there! We have a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker WITH the coffee. We also have a washer and dryer on site, and we provide the soap for your convenience.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

This second-floor apartment has been tastefully decorated with all the modern conveniences, new appliances, flat screen TVs in all rooms, wireless access and availability of Netflix, Hulu, Roku, CNN, FOX, E, Bravo, HGTV, TLC, History, A&E, USA, Travel, and much more.

Great!

This was a great location- we were able to walk or get an inexpensive Uber to anywhere we wanted to go! 2 separate bedrooms were perfect for me and my 2 kids, and I love the added convenience of a washer and dryer!

Great time!!!

We had a fantastic time in St. Augustine, and our accommodation played a significant role in making our trip so enjoyable! The place was spotless and conveniently located, just a short walk from St. George Street, the distillery, Flagler College, and a variety of restaurants. We highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again on our next visit!

Perfect on all Counts

Fantastic location- easy to walk to super restaurants and old town. Recommend the Ice Plant and La Nouvelle. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures- so clean and cozy. Nice to be able to sit outside in the mornings and evenings. Great nights sleep! We will definitely recommend to friends and will return.

C8 was Great!

A very clean & convient location to Old Town. I would stay there again. Two things that would improve stay are additional electrical outlets & a stopper for the bath tub.

This property was great. We were a group of 4 and stayed 2 nights. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of room for 4 people for a two night stay. Quiet neighborhood and a short walk to historic area and restaurants. Convenient on site parking

Happy litte getaway

Perfect size and spot for our spring break! Loved all the thoughtful touches - kitchen and bath items. Had everything we needed. Fantastic location. Amazing VRBO

My wife and I had a great stay in Saint Augustine. Kirsten is an incredible host. One of the TV's had an issue with the picture and one day after letting her know, it was replaced with a brand new TV. The apartment is beautiful and in a great location within easy walking distance to the historic downtown section of Saint Augustine. One of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in.

Nice place and area!

Loved our stay!

This is a great location if you want to spend time in historic St Augustine. We loved being able to walk everywhere easily. This is in a safe area and we were never nervous walking through the neighborhoods after dark. The kitchen was great and stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to any of our friends and family visiting St Augustine.

Great for a short St Augustine trip

We stayed 3 nights and this was perfect. It's a few blocks west of downtown, easy walk down nice quiet streets. Place is small but efficiently used. The dish washer is a delight! Good place to stay.

This condo is walkable to everything in town. It was a great space for our family of three. The biggest downside was the noise, but that's nothing they can control.

Nice spot for a getaway

The space was the perfect size for our party of three. Very clean and quiet property. Location was fantastic to get to the highways if needed or walk five minutes to the local bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely great place to stay if you’re in St Augustine. My wife and I are in our 60’s and walked to almost every place. The waterfront, the fountain of youth, to breakfast, dinner etc. The only thing I would say, is, bring your own pillows, and if you’re a big coffee drinker like myself, you might want to bring your keurig. Both of these are minor. They do have a coffeemaker, it’s just small. Anyway, EXCELLENT place to stay. If we go back to St Augustine, this is where we will stay.
