And the best news is, the hot tub and adjoining firepit are just the beginning! The inside of this home defines upscale (yet relaxed) mountain style. Your group will thank you for booking it.

This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom premium home easily accommodates up to 12 people. It’s located in Breckenridge’s quiet Wellington neighborhood, just a short drive to Main Street and the gondola … or, there’s a free bus stop a few blocks from the home. Inside and out, it’s a great choice for your mountain getaway.

The living area is the ideal gathering place for your group to relax and trade stories about the day’s adventures in front of the gas fireplace. There’s also a second living area for catching a movie (or the morning ski report) on the large flat-screen TV. And take a look at the kitchen: Granite tile counters and high-end appliances, including a professional-grade gas range. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the breakfast counter.

The outdoor living area is fantastic, too: A large deck with lots of comfy outdoor seating, an outdoor dining table and a gas grill. Even better, you’ll find your own private hot tub, and next to it a fire pit . Other amenities you’ll love include your own washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one car in the garage and two more outside. And every Summit Mountain Rentals property is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. Spring break

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I traveled to Breckenridge with a group of ladies to celebrate a birthday. We all had a fabulous time at this location! It’s close to downtown, has ample parking, great amenities, and is clean. We enjoyed relaxing by the hot tub, and walking through the neighborhood. Great stay, highly recommend.

Great house!

This house was beautiful and large. Very nice property with even heated storage for ski equipment in the garage. We enjoyed cooking together and using the hot tub. Cleaning kit for the kitchen had some things missing that property management wasn’t able to provide for us but we just picked up from the store. This place has everything you need for a home away from home ready to go.

Great house

Stayed a few days for a family ski trip. Great property, plenty of room, exactly as advertised in the listing. As should be clear from the listing, you will not be walking to the gondola from here but the shuttle stop is accessible. Very responsive property management - a shower drain clogged and someone was over the next day to fix it. Overall we had a great experience.

Spring Ski Weekend

We had a group of adults who stayed for a ski weekend. We loved the house immensely. Everything is updated and well kept. The house was spacious for our group. We loved the private hot tub and the ski locker in the garage. We are hoping to return next year! The shuttle makes getting to and from the town or slopes a breeze. About a 5 minute walk in ski boots.

We were pleasantly surprised at the beautiful home and it's easy access to hiking trails all over the place. It was also no more than a 30 minute into downtown Breckinridge which was hopping with bars, restraunts and shopping opportunities. The house itself was beautiful clean and well maintained. We appreciated the ample supply of toiletries, towels, detergents& TPThe Management was very accommodating when asked if we could get in a little early and very quick to respond to questions. We would love to come back and stay there again sometime.

Mountain Get Away Family Trip

Usually I bring my own kitchen wear (pots, pans, knives, utensils) but I did not have to use them at this home. Everyone had their own personal space which was great. I just wish the hot water tank was larger. After two showers the hot water was completely out. We couldn’t utilize the jacuzzi tub in the master suit because there was not enough hot water to fill it. We did get plenty of soaking time in the hot tub. I also loved the location to Main Street and the slopes!

Reviewer Comments: We have traveled to Breckenridge many summers over the years for vacation and this property was hands down the best property we have stayed at.We traveled with another family and had a total of 8 people (4 adults, two college age children and two teenagers) and had plenty of room to spread out at the house when we weren't enjoying other activities in the area.The deck provided the perfect location for daily happy hour and to grill our dinner on the nights we ate in. The hot tub and fire pit provided a relaxing way to end each night!The kitchen is extremely well stocked allowing for any type of cooking/baking/food prep that you will need to do.I can't recommend this property enough.Thanks for sharing this home with us!

The heated gear room in the garage was such a warm treat to start the day before the slopes. Appreciate that shorter stays than a week are accepted.Two improvements and 1 word of caution: plastic wine glasses should be swapped for glass, towel rack in main floor bath needs to be secured better, and one spot in the garage is too short even for a CR-V.

Perfect Breck house

Loved this house! It was perfect for our girls trips with plenty of space inside and out! Hot tub was the perfect spot to hang out after hiking all morning & fire pit was great evening spot! Conveniently located near shuttle stop. Would definitely stay again!

Family Ski Trip

Our condo was perfect! Great space for a big group. A couple of different sitting rooms and enough space to find some down time. Close to bus routes for skiing. Close to downtown Breckenridge. Great management team that was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and will be back!
