About this property

Top‘s Naples Park Home, sleeps 6 (+ toddler), close to beach, near all!

We decided to share our beautiful second home in Naples Park with the world, because it is too cozy to not to be used during the whole year.

So feel welcomed to enjoy this wonderful life in our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home, fully equipped. Relax in the lanai in the front of the house or in the screened lanai in the back of our beautiful yard. Hungry and would like to have BBQ? No problem, our grille is waiting to be heated! For sure, you can also prepare and have your meal in our modern kitchen.

Ride within 5 minutes to the beach (Delnor Wiggins State Park or Vanderbilt Beach) with our bikes, or do this walk within 15 minutes. Beach equipment is waiting for you. Stroll around this friendly and lovely neighbourhood, next to Dining, Shopping, Mercato and everything. If you bring your car, you may park it within our attached garage. There is plenty of more space to bring a second or third car.

A pack n play and some toys for your children are also available. WIFI is free and included.

Next airport is Fort Myers RSW Airport, 25 min north of property.
Downtown Naples 15 min south.

Wonderful High Quality Property

A very nicely remodeled and well maintained 3 bedroom home, with everything we needed for a great stay. Great back patio and backyard with a nice grill. Only a one mile or so bike ride to the beach and the property came with 5 high quality bikes and the bike trailer was great for pulling all the beach gear, which was also included! Wonderful property, thank you!

Clean, well designed Naples Park home

We enjoyed our stay in this roomy 3 bed/2 bath Naples Park home. Close to Delnor-Wiggins beach and Vanderbilt Beach (with parking ramp, so walkable from ramp to beach). Excellent selection of bicycles and beach equipment. Great kitchen/dining area. Well done landscaping with screened porch in back, and Adirondack chair seating in the front. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience

We stayed for a month in this very comfortable home. We had everything we needed and more for cooking in the kitchen and going to the beach. Communication with the owners was excellent. We look forward to going again next year.

Quick Naples Getaway

We loved this property! Stephan & Maren were very gracious hosts and provided a beautiful, clean, and inviting home! We were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness, decor, comfortability, and location of their home! They have everything you could need for a couple of days or even longer. Wedding weekend

When we arrived at the very clean property we were unsure if we made the right decision. Not being very familiar with this area of Naples, we had no idea how conveniently located this house is to everything!!! We had beautiful am walks to Vanderbilt beach, bike rides to The Mercado for coffee and less than 5 min drive to tons of shopping and restaurants! There are great "shuttle" services to and from the beach if you do not want to walk or deal with the parking at the beach. WE just loved it! The house had everything for the beach, 4 bikes and super clean. Stephan was very responsive during our stay with a few questions we had as well! Highly recommend this property!!

Christmas get away

Simply Perfect

Perfect home for our family with a toddler! Everything we needed, toys, books, high chair, great pack and play with excellent mattress, lanai, great bikes with child trailer! Super easy and safe bike ride to the wonderful beach access next to the gorgeous State Park beach. Bright and homey! Simply perfect.

Incredible hosts!! Immaculately clean and organized and everything is labeled. Location is more like 1 minute to the beach! So easy peasy! Volledig uitgerust huis, perfect voor gezin met jonge kinderen

Dit huis is heel goed uitgerust. Je merkt dat de eigenaars er vaak zelf verblijven. Er zijn zelfs fietsen van diverse grootte om naar het nabijgelegen strand te gaan. Wij zelf vonden de wijk en de locatie wat te rustig en te ver van alles, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat juist dit andere mensen aantrekt. We waren hier maar twee nachten, dus konden de buurt niet ten volle leren kennen. Al bij al krijg je hier wel waar voor je geld.

First VRBO, First time in Naples

This was our first VRBO experience and our first time in Naples. The welcome book gave us all the details we needed. There were plenty of dining options within a 15 minute drive. The home was inviting and had everything we needed. The check in and check out process was easy. Definitely will recommend this VRBO to any of our friends or family who travel to Naples.
