Beautiful view, quite, secure, and very family friendly

Loved everything about this condo. Perfect for our family vacation with the kids and grandparents. The view of the ocean is stunning and the condo was very clean. Guest services were very prompt with any issue and accommodating. This is a very secure condo, with friendly staff. The pool was perfect for the kids. The rooms were great sizes and as pictured. We had the best vacation and enjoyed the condo very much. We would definitely rent again.

5 Stars!!!

This beautiful jewel by the sea was perfect for our family of 5! Loved everything about it!!! My husband is a big cook and makes dinner every night. The kitchen had everything we needed. We love the ease of Vacasa and being about to walk up directly to the condo. We stay at Sterling Beach at least once a year and it always feels like home!

Amazing!!!!

This property was amazing just like the listing. Beautiful view and nice a relaxed and quiet. With the exception of the room not being cleaned well it was amazing, but with a quick vacuum and wipe the floor down it was good to go!

Great Place to stay

The unit didn't just met the expectations it was over the top. The unit looks better than the pictures themselves. We took our University Basketball Team there and they enjoyed every min of it.

Sterling Beach - Perfect

Our experience at this property was wonderful! The location was exactly what we wanted - directly on the beach but in a non-busy area. The condo itself was equipped with everything we needed, clean, and provided the best views! We were minutes away from dining and stores. Perfection location for a lovely vacation!

Love Sterling Beach

My family and I have enjoyed vacationing at Sterling Beach for years. This is the first stay in 502. It was a very nice unit. The attention to detail from Vacasa was great! We are already planning our next trip!

Very spacious beautiful condo, well stocked with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. All of the common areas such as the pool and grilling were great. Check in and out were very easy. We also really enjoyed all of the palm trees on the property. Our greatest problem with it was that the kitchen faucet was in pieces when we arrived. We contacted the manager, the staff onsite and called into customer service. We didn't get any help for our entire stay. We are do-it-yourselfers and know this was a simple fix, but realized that Sheri the manager was giving us the run around and she really didn't seem to care. We ended up living in a messy kitchen all week!

We absolutely loved it all

We loved the easy parking. We loved the easy check in process everything was already set up and all we had to do was go straight to our apartment. The apartment was so nice and clean! Even had extra things in the closets for the beach and enough pillows and blankets. Our view was amazing! Beach front and easy access to the beach. We had a friend lose their phone at the pool and it was immediately found and returned thankfully! We loved that it had all the cooking and cleaning things we needed! I will definitely be returning to sterling beach anytime I visit Panama City!

Very Nice

My family and I really enjoyed this condo! It was very clean and well kept. We loved the love and care that was put into the beautiful decor. Although, it does need some minor updating and dusting, it wasn’t anything to keep us from wanting to stay here again. They even provided items needed for the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo!

WILMA JACKSON was to me "employee of the year "...fantastic lady , super accommodating, thru my endeavors on this vacation. Condo is all they say ot is. I would make one recommendation to the owners a lot better explanation of the operations on eac TV, one other suggestion ad a ceiling fan to the third bedroom...

Great Stay! Would book here again!

Don’t confuse this property with Sterling Breeze that’s near Pier Park, this is located at Sterling Beach. Search engines can take you to one instead of the other if you aren’t careful and don’t catch the name. With that said, we weren’t in the location we thought we would be and had some issues at check in that the staff didn’t catch either when we gave the name and where we were etc when we called and it took us figuring it out and calling to let them know after wasting a lot of time and having to reload and relocate and do it all over again but all in all it was our mistake to begin with and we ended up liking the privacy of the location much better than the hustle and bustle and crowds of people that we have been used to in the past near pier park. Yes it’s nice to be in walking distance but I will take all the other perks of a nice complex and large spaces with less people over that any day. Great layout and functionality and very few cosmetic flaws, like a torn drape that we made sure they knew of when we arrived, nothing to worry about. The place was clean. We saw a spill behind a chair the day after check in that got missed that you really couldn’t see without lighting and the drapes pushed back so I can see how they missed it as well in the cleaning so again nothing to worry about. I wouldn’t expect them to get in behind every piece of furniture every time when it’s not a walking or touched area or used space. The unit was clean to my standards and I like my space clean. I like to leave a place in just as good of condition if not better than I found it also to help with not only who has to come in behind us to clean but to also help keep it enjoyable for years to come for more people like myself. We couldn’t figure out the tv when we arrived and finally got the roku to work for one night on guest mode with it being set to be disconnected on our check out day, but that only worked one night. We were able to get the cable to work later in the week but still didn’t have WiFi connection for phones or tv etc and the room number to connect with wasn’t available in the listing so we did without that all week but didn’t bother calling to get it fixed or looked into either, it wasn’t that important to us, after all, we were on a beach vacation. With that said, you may need to prepare yourself to address the issue when you arrive if needed for work or school etc, we had other unlimited connections. I am confident they would fix.

Perfect family vacation

This condo had everything we needed and wanted. The interior was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The view was perfect. Not too high up but just high enough. It was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was amazing and the beach was breathtaking. We could not have asked for a more perfect place to bring our two kids. We had the best time and we would definitely stay here again! No complaints.

Beach-front spacious condo

Great condo sitting right in the beach. 3 bedrooms were spacious, especially the master with walk-in closet and large bathroom. We also loved that the balcony had doors onto it from both the master bedroom and main living area.

Great spot!

Very clean and well kept. Great view and access to beach. Loved the heated pool and hot tub and the kitchen was well stocked! So nice to show up worry free.
