Modern, open concept living area. Charming private patio with chiminea. Roomy master suite with a walk-in closet. Great home for entertaining or just relaxing and watching your favorite movies. Minutes from the University of Arizona, fabulous shopping and restaurants. Very secure gated neighborhood with a 2-car carport and ample parking if needed for guests. A Queen bed in each room and the large sectional in living room can also accommodate one or two persons if needed. The kitchen was just remodeled and has granite countertops, brand new appliances, stainless steel backsplash and new tile floors. No carpeting. No Pets. NO Smoking

Tuscon getaway

My daughter and I were in town for the gem show. We had a excellent stay. The accommodations were perfect for us. It was clean, nice kitchen, beds were comfortable. We felt very safe there. Easy to get a hold of the owner and she quickly responded. Would definitely go back!

Chasing the Sun

We were home in Tucson for a 3-week visit. We chose this townhouse for its proximity to the Loop trail and Rio Vista nature park. We were able to walk to restaurants/pubs/groceries. It was perfect! Clean, quiet, and a pleasant pool area too. We look forward to visiting again.

Quiet and convenient

We had a comfortable stay and plenty of room for the four of us (adults). Owner is very friendly and told us to call her anytime for supplies or problems.

Great stay!

Very nice unit in a secure, safe, and quiet complex. Communications with the host were replied in a very timely manner. No doubt that I would stay here again if I visited Tucson again.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here while visiting our son at UofA. It was perfect & home away from home. It was very close & convenient to everything. Peaceful & quiet. The host, Sandra was very attentive and excellent to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here! 😊

Taking our daughter to school at U of A

Quiet, gated neighborhood with a community pool. The central location made it easy to get to many things. We would stay here again for sure.

Nice quiet place with a wonderful host

The house is very comfortable, with everything needed for a smooth visit to Tucson. Sandra was a superb host, who addressed a couple of minor issues and answered all ?s in a timely manner. She was very helpful and informative, in making us as comfortable as possible. This was our first visit to Tucson.
