Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this sprawling custom home has two master suites on the main, great room, a separate den/office on the main, and a sun filled breakfast room with skylights - all looking into the forest. Three bedrooms and an additional den/kids area upstairs make this a perfect, private custom retreat for families or for you and guests. Enjoy the cool pines from upper and lower decks and walk the trails from your back yard. This spacious six bedroom sleeps 15 people(Three king beds, six twin beds, one queen pull out couch, one double and one daybed. Home is a short walk to the community park.
30 DAY MINIMUM! Owners/members are allowed to rent short term.
Use of any of the common area facilities (Golf Courses, Golf Practice Areas, Golf Course Paths, Putting Course, Pools, Tennis Courts, Clubhouses, Restaurants, Fitness Centers, Sports Park, Ponds/Lakes, disc golf course, playgrounds etc.) IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED by anyone leasing a home unless accompanied by a Forest Highlands Golf Club Member. Renting or leasing a home in Forest Highlands gives you access for ingress and egress to the home only, and use of the roads and walking trail for walking/biking.
