The property is a non-smoking and no animals property. The complex is quiet, strictly enforced no loud noises, no partying or loud music allowed property building. The maximum number of allowed people on the property is six people. You cannot bring other people to hang out on the patio or unit. No barbecuing allowed. The owners of the building live on the property. If any of these policies are violated the traveler will lose their security deposit. This is a great place for families to relax and enjoy the beach. So make sure you are okay with these house rules before booking. Please check the listing for the description of all the amenities.
This condo is one of four vacation rental units in this complex. The other condos are VRBO listings numbers #1305968 (a 2 bedroom and 2 bath), #1837319, and #2875970 (which are 3 bedroom and 2 bath condos) They are all in the same complex on the beach). Please check the calendars for available dates.
This beautiful condo is located in the heart of Mission Beach, just a few blocks from Belmont Park. The condo is just a few blocks away from restaurants and shopping. The condo overlooks the beach and boardwalk. There are great ocean and beach views from the Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen. The patio is off the Living Room to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets. The condo is centrally located to San Diego County's most popular attractions including Sea World, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Downtown San Diego's Gas Lamp Quarter, Coronado, Del Mar, and much more.
Amenities: This is a secured building that includes a private garage parking spot for a mid-size car or mid-size SUV. There is a Pack n Play available, a Booster Chair, Wi-Fi, (3) Televisions, a coin-operated washer/dryer (outside of the unit in the complex's laundry room), a Patio Table, and Chairs, 2 Beach Chairs, a Beach Umbrella, Beach Towels, and Hair Dryers. We also have discounts to rent water sports equipment such as Paddle Boards, Jet Skis, sailboats, and even Jet packs.
Suitability:

5. Coin-operated washer/dryer (just steps outside of the unit in the laundry room of the complex)
Please check the Rates and Availability section for open dates and specific rates. There are 4- to 7-night minimums and sometimes shorter stays are available when there are gaps between booking reservations and/or based on the time of the year. During some holidays there are 3-day minimums. During the months of June, July, and August the unit is only available on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. To book Christmas Day, you must also book Christmas Eve, to book Thanksgiving Day, you must book Thanksgiving Eve, to book New Year's Eve, you must book New Year's Day and the other way around for all those holidays.
Cancellation: There are no refunds of the rent, tax, and cleaning fee for cancellations or changes to the reservation dates that are 30 days or less prior to arrival, and only the security deposit will be refunded. If the rent, tax, and cleaning fees are not paid by 30 days before arrival, you will lose 100% of your down payment deposit and the reservation. Notice of cancellation or changes to the reservation dates must be in writing via mail or email.
