Built new in 2020 this 4 bedroom plus loft with 3.5 bath offers plenty of space and amenities for families to enjoy Wisconsin's pristine northwoods.
The property offers nearly 4.5 acres of rolling wooded hills which allow ATV, snowmobile, and nature exploration without leaving the property. Watch bald eagles soar outside the screen porch and loons swim just feet off the dock. The cabin is set less than 100' from crystal clear and full recreation White Sand Lake. Feel free to bring your own boat, or use the 2 canoes and 4 kayaks provided for guests. Store your gear just 5 feet from the water in the secure boathouse.

Don't have a boat, no worries. After booking contact us about adding on our Lund Mr. Pike 17 with 125 HP Mercury outboard for your fishing, skiing, or tubing fun.

Known for musky, walleye, perch, and crappie, fishing guests have many options and with over 1,200 acres and many bays won't feel crowded. Our more adventurous friends with power boats can tube, wake board, or ski from sun up to sun down.

Excellent Stay in Very Spacious Cabin

Great Place with lots of beds and room in the cabin. Excellent view of the lake especially from the elevated deck/screen porch. Very easy to get to, close to Minocqua, quiet area, close to the Casino, and overall great property. Thanks for being great hosts to me and my Crew!! Highly recommend!

Winter weekend with friends

Our group of 6 enjoyed all the home had to offer! Particularly enjoyed shuffleboard and cooking in the large open kitchen. Beautiful views of the lake. We were surprised with some new snow, which offered some fun hiking at the Bearskin Trail in Minocqua. We have booked again for 2025!

Great Place!

Loved the location! Loved the house! It was perfect for our family to revisit the area they frequented as kids. We were there early May and it was cold, but that was okay because we were there to reconnect and spend time with family. Would love to come back in warmer weather and take advantage of all the amenities. Wonderful place!!

Wonderful Long Weekend

Three couples, an infant, a toddler and a spaniel thoroughly enjoy our stay at this beautiful vacation home on the lake. We brought two boats and there was plenty of dock space for a 14ft and 17ft. We caught a few walleyes, a few large perch and a cisco. The home had everything we could ever have needed. I would recommend if you are bringing a toddler to bring a good baby gate or two. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets smelled nice and clean. I reached out to the owner to let them know about a password issue and they responded in minutes. The screened in porch is definitely a must have in the northwoods. Perfect to have the morning coffee in. Over all we were very impressed with the whole property, lake and weekend. Hopefully Ryan and Amber will have us back someday!

Fabulous Family Reunion

Perfect vacation

The lake was a perfect size for us and the water was so clear. We rented a Pontoon and waverunner from dillmans resort, which is right around the corner on the lake. It was so easy and perfect for how close it was. The house is amazing!! We had 3 families, a total of 12, and plenty of room for all. The house has everything you need and then some. Great memories were made and we will definitely try to get back to this house for future trips!!!

Beautiful spot; very comfortable home

Everything was absolutely as it was supposed to be. Our stay was short, although extremely pleasant, and we didn't take advantage of the watercraft that were available, but we saw the SUP's and kayaks and they were all first rate. In no way is this a criticism, but simply info for those who may come in the future, but there isn't any comfortable seating for those who want to watch TV. The living room seating is extremely comfortable, but the TV is in the lower level and there are only stools there. We'd absolutely return here if we plan another trip to the area.

A nice long weekend away

We really enjoyed our time away from the every day. The lake views were beautiful. The cabin is modern and comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you need. Lots of games, puzzles, and books to keep you entertained.

Family stay on White Sand Lake

One of the best and easiest stays I’ve done. Ryan & Amber were a joy to deal with, they made everything easy. The house was perfect for our family, with ages from 2 1/2 year old twin girls, on up to myself, the mother/grandmother/great-grandmother of the group. Recommend it highly!! I’m sure it would be terrific in summer, too!

The house was beautiful, as was the location. The host could not have been more accommodating!

There were only three of us staying in the property and, although it sleeps a lot more, it didn’t feel too big or overwhelming. We had a great time! Thank you!

Beautiful home, great location!

We had a wonderful time and fully enjoyed this beautiful property. This home is perfect for a group gathering. We relaxed in the living room on the main floor and enjoyed the bar/game room area downstairs. The beds/bedding were clean and comfortable. The loft was a nice surprise! The description of the space did not mention this large space with bunk beds and 2 singles to sleep additional people. We also enjoyed the outdoors: the firepit and corn hole games outside were a nice surprise. Our family met for the long Thanksgiving holiday weekend. We explored the area and sampled Old Fashioneds at the supper clubs nearby. It was a short drive into Minocqua for the annual Christmas Kick Off Celebration. We will be back!

Beautiful Property--Modern Home

We had a lovely long weekend stay at this gorgeous lake house! There is so much to do both outdoors with the lake and big property and indoors with the game room. Our pups enjoyed it too!

Wonderful property!

Our family of four and two Labs stayed at this wonderful home for three nights at the end of October. The cottage is lovely -- very clean and comfortable and has many amenities. The lake is clean and clear and beautiful, and we enjoyed using the canoes to paddle out to the small island you can see from the huge windows in the living room. We enjoyed the fireplace, the pool table, and shuffleboard with our kids. It was a great property that we'd love to return to!

Five Days in Paradise!

Absolutely gorgeous lake home which met all of our needs and more! We were lucky enough to have perfect weather in early to mid October which gave us the opportunity to utilize the the equipment provided. Our 3 year old grandson caught his first fish, my husband caught numerous bass and northern and we spent hours kayaking and sitting around the campfire at night. It was a perfect vacation! Would love to come back next summer, but unfortunately they are already booked for the entire summer.

Wonderful getaway

Ladies long weekend was fantastic. The welcome gifts were very much appreciated and used. The home had all the bells and whistles. The welcome book included directions for all the appliances. It was a little chilly for the lake toys but we did make use of the fire pit. With 13 people the home was large enough so there was room for game playing and quiet discussion and peaceful lake viewing.

Lovely Lakehouse

This property is absolutely perfect for a family get away. Location was perfect and there were no issues at all! We would stay here again! Pet friendly with plenty of room to run.
