OPTION TO HEAT THE POOL

The pool can be heated to 83 degrees in October through April. There is an additional charge of $60 per reservation night if you want the pool heated and you must let us know ahead of time as it may take a while to get the pool heated for your arrival. This is the standard outdoor pool heating temperature for properties in the winter in Phoenix. We cannot issues refunds if you arrive and feel the pool is too cool or too warm despite the heater working as described. We cannot accommodate requests to heat the pool to a warmer or cooler temperature and we cannot accommodate requests for heating the pool for only part of the stay.

Open concept space with quartz countertops, accordion kitchen window that opens fully to outdoor bar top. Kid friendly with pack 'n play, high chair.

In warmer months, the house can be cooled to 72 degrees.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets of any kind or service animals due to health issues of our family members that stay at the property from time to time.

Our cleaners leave two rolls of paper towel, 5 trash bags, 10 dishwasher pods, 10 laundry pods, and 4 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Linens, towels, beach towels are provided.

From mid June through mid September Phoenix has a monsoon season (for real!). These storms roll through quickly but can bring very strong winds, rains and dust that can cause debris and leaves to get into the pool. We have weekly pool service and our pool person tries to get out as quickly as possible after these storms to clear the pool but we cannot guarantee they will be able to get there in between their regular weekly maintenance!

Visit to Tempe, AZ

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house in Tempe! The house was comfortable with many bedrooms for our family. The kids also enjoyed the heated pool. The location was convenient for us as we have friends that live in Tempe but you’d definitely want a car to get around to see the many things Phoenix has to offer. Otherwise, it’s a fantastic place and we really enjoyed our stay.

Spring training get away

The property was as nice as it looks in the pictures. I traveled with a group of 6 25 year olds and everything was perfect for us. Our favorite part was the slide open window from the kitchen out to the backyard with a bar on the outside. We used this feature everyday, and coming from the midwest, this really allowed us to experience the perfect warm weather everyday.

All Around AMAZING

We have never been to Phoenix and it did not disappoint! The hosts Joe & Emily, are an absolute pleasure and were available for any questions and comments we had throughout our two week stay.The area is safe and close to a lot of stores and shops. We were very close to attractions such as the aquarium, butterfly exhibit and Top Golf, which were a blast.The home is beautiful and spacious with a pool that our two boys thoroughly enjoyed, we made tons of memories together!The home is clean and well equipped, we felt like we were at home.10/10 would stay here again! Great House

This is probably the best VRBO we have ever had. Very clean,lots of space, the pool area is beautiful and the host is responsive and accommodating. Will stay here again!

Weekend Getaway

We stayed to enjoy some nicer weather and attend the Waste Management golf tournament. The house was excellent. We were bummed the weather didn't cooperate to use the pool but everything else was great!

Beautiful , clean and spacious

We were in town for a week in a very HOT spell ( even to locals ) . Not much to do outside , this place allowed us to swim and plenty of room to play games and reminisce with family . If ever I need to stay in Mesa / Tempe area this is where I will stay and so should you . Thanks for a comfortable stay. !!

Great Vacation Home!

Family vacation with teens

This was our first experience renting a place to stay through VRBO. The house was perfect and in a nice neighborhood. Emily and Joe were so helpful and quick to answer any of our questions. The house is nicely decorated, the beds are so comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The backyard is absolutely beautiful with a pool, gas fire pit and lots of comfortable seating. We would love to stay here again.

Family Spring Break

Family of 4 escaping Minnesota winter for Spring Break in Phoenix area. Our kids are 7 and 4. We were really happy with our choice to stay at this VRBO. Plenty of space, we didn't even use 2 of the 4 bedrooms because our kids wanted to sleep in the same room that had double beds. It was obvious that everything inside the house has been updated. Kitchen was great. House had been professionally cleaned - I would say it felt like a very clean hotel, which we appreciated. We paid for the pool to be heated and that was a good decision. It was warm enough to swim in comfortably even though the highs were only in the low 70s the week we were there. Communication with the hosts was great, they were very responsive and easy to work with. Neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Not incredibly posh, but we had zero concerns. Very close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. 15 mins to the zoo. Great spot for a family!

Loved this Oasis in Tempe.

Beautiful open house floor plan for our family vacation. The house is well stocked with everything you need. The heated pool option is such a great extra bonus for the outdoor oasis. The fire-pit during the night is such a nice way to enjoy your evening. We loved the kitchen windows that allow an open bar feel and some fresh air in the afternoon such a great feature to the home. The owners are very responsive to any questions you have. We look forward to staying again in the near future.

Beautiful home, so we’ll designed!

The home has a beautiful open concept kitchen/living areas with various places to congregate and hangout. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need while on vacation. The outdoor space is perfect! BBQ grill, Firepit and pool were so awesome, the kids had a blast! If you’re debating whether or not to pay the extra fee to heat the pool, I would highly recommend you do it. Contrary to my belief, AZ nights can get chilly, but the pool was ready to go as soon as our kids woke up, and they swam sun up to sun down and into the evening. The living and dining room provide space for everyone from the multiple tv’s to the table and counter space for cards and board games. A huge added bonus, not mentioned in the listing, was the windows that slide all the way open to allow kitchen counter access like an open bar from the pool to the kitchen. It was so convenient to have that open window. We would absolutely rent this property again and will likely make this trip an annual one for my family! Great communication between Emily & Joe with us, throughout our stay.

Great house/location!!!

House is just as advertised! Great location just minutes from so many eateries and 8 mins from our tournament venue. Great layout and lots of space for everyone. We enjoyed how we could open up the windows and doors from the kitchen/living area to the outside and still felt all together. Liked the two separate couches/tv’s in the living room so the kids or adults could have more room to spread out. The child safety locks on the doors gave me a wonderful peace of mind having my granddaughter with me. Great/very fast response from the home owner every time. I couldn’t figure out the remote in the master room and he offered to come and fix it. Also appreciated the video he provided before our stay on the how to’s of what we needed to know about the house and it’s functions. We referred back to it a few times during our stay which was great. Neighborhood was nice with quiet and we felt very safe and comfortable there, which is super important for me. Will definitely stay again!!
