Our condo was great! It was clean, spacious, the location was amazing. Our host was very helpful, and responded quickly to our questions. We loved this condo.
The location is perfect, short walk to Main Street, gondola, and hiking. Condo was spacious and clean. Our girls went to pool and we all used hot tub and sauna. It was easy to communicate with host and questions were answered quickly. Had everything we needed for our week long stay. Would definitely stay again!
This was a perfect location for a family ski trip! The hot tub and sauna at the end of the day was amazing. Very clean condo with a short distance walk to Main Street!
We came in a bit tired and were relieved to see everything we needed was here. Nice kitchen, nice kid’s accommodations, nice bedroom for us too! We cooked a lot and found all we needed. We even found convenient folding chairs to take to the parade downtown. A short hike to downtown too!
We loved the digital keypad so we didn’t have to keep up with keys. The kids enjoyed the pool area, even if it was a bit cold in the pool…they used the hot tub instead.
Close to everything with great amenities. The property was easy to access and had everything we needed, to cook, swim, and walk to town. The owner was responsive and helpful and the whole stay was perfect. I would highly reccomend.
Great location, property just as listed and host very hospitable.
We just got back from our guys trip to Breckenridge and this location was perfect. The condo was clean, close to the slopes and the host was very hospitable. This location is perfect for a group or family going on a ski trip. Walking distance to everything you need. We are already trying to see when we can go back and stay at this same location.
Perfect location with everything for a family of 5
This place was the best! It had everything needed to accommodate a family of 5 (and can fit more). It was exactly as described, short walk to downtown and chairlift, very spacious. Karen was fantastic in communication and we will definitely be back in the future!
The condo was very much as advertised. Quite spacious and clean. The kitchen was well appointed. The owners were very easy to work with and very helpful. Check in was extremely easy and the location is great. A five minute walk to the lifts and five minute walk to town. We enjoyed our stay.
This place is one block off the center of Main Street. It’s a short walk to Quicksilver lift or a little further to Snowflake lift, and a short walk home from 4 o’clock at the end of the day. We barely drove our entire stay. We’ve stayed in several VRBO condos over the years and we vote this one was the most comfortable. There was a small issue with the cleaning service being done in time for our check in but Karen quickly got it resolved. I’d recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Breckenridge.
The unit had a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and is only a block from downtown. It is just off South Park which made access to grocery and activities easy. Only drawback is that washer/dryer are in the basement and require $.
This property is much more spacious than it looks in the pictures and is so incredibly comfortable and exactly what we wanted at the end of a long day on the slopes. It is so incredibly close to the bottom of peak 9 and also to all of the bars and restaurants in downtown Breck. The keyless entry, even for the storage of skis and snowboards, was very welcome so we didn't have to keep up with a key. And I cannot rave enough about the enormous comfy L-sectional couch! Underground heated parking was so convenient. Karen was great to work with and very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!
The location is perfect: we walked to Peak 9/The Village area every day to go skiing, which is about a 7-10 min walk with kids and snow on the ground [TIP: we rented from Epic Mtn Rentals (if you have an Epic pass it’s a 20% discount) and we chose to pick up ski rentals at The Maggie location which is closest to the Quicksilver SuperChair Lift at Peak 9). If you rent here (or the Village location), you can store your skis overnight for free (much easier especially if you have kids so you don’t have to lug the ski equipment back/forth to the house, though it is close enough to do so!]
After skiing and got home to change, we walked (about 7-10 mins) to Main St every afternoon/ evening for dinner, shopping, and the arcades for the kids.
Karen was so easy to work with, she even allowed us access to the property early which was unexpected but so thoughtful. Access to indoor parking was a nice way to start/end the stay too as it made unpacking/packing the car so easy (and warm)!
Overall a great location! Would definitely stay again in the future!
Positives: Located a couple blocks off Main St - ideal! Very well stocked kitchen and nice towels! I also loved that you could get local channels in addition to apps. Hot tubs located right in the building and at the pool. Loved that. Great dining room table and bar seating as well. Karen was very responsive and helpful!! Things I would want to know: the condo isn't nearly as sunny and bright as the pics indicate however there are nice bright lights that compensate. The furniture has almost no support and the bed is very firm .
The living room furniture looks super comfy in the photos so I thought I would point that out in case anyone has bad back like me.
Having said all that, the location and condo amenities might very well make up for the things that weren't as nice as I had hoped.
We had a blast staying in this condo in Breck. The condo was spacious for two adults and two teenagers and all of our ski gear.
Karen was a wonderful and supportive host! She responded quickly via text to answer questions. We appreciated the keyless entry for the heated garage, front door, and ski locker. We were thankful to find basic necessities including toilet paper and trash bags when we arrived. It was so helpful!
The condo had plenty of space in the kitchen, dining room, and family room for us to hang together and have alone time. We also set up the humidifiers which worked great and helped with dryness.
We appreciated the king bed in the master with clean sheets on the bed. We would have been more comfortable with higher quality pillows and the blankets needed to be laundered.
The kids (age 16 and 17) were fine in the bunk room but had trouble keeping the sheets tucked into their beds. Sheets are generally hard to wrap on a bunk and the kids struggled to keep the fitted sheet on the beds. Overall, they said they’d prefer to stay someplace without a bunk in the future for overall comfort.
We appreciated the bath towels and pool towels. There were plenty of towels and they were clean.
The two hot tubs and sauna are located on the first floor and were well serviced and available for use whenever we arrived. We loved this amenity.
The location of the condo is a highlight. The condo is located so close to town that we walked to dinner each night. We also took the free ride bus, located just across the street, to access the mountain for skiing via Peak 7 and the gondola too. The bus route takes passengers to all of the Peaks and stations. To ski home, we took 4 o’clock run all the way to town and walked a block down South Park Ave to the condo.
Overall, we loved our stay and would stay in Cimarron again. Thank you, Karen!
Perfect location:
1. Two blocks to walk downtown.
2. Four blocks to Blue Sky Charter ski rentals. Leave your shoes there and grab your skis for the day. Best ski rental.
This place couldn’t be in a better location for both ski and hanging out downtown. I am in my Epic Van heading to the airport now because there is zero need for a car with this condo.
Loved the location which was walkable to Main Street. The condo had everything you needed and on a rainy day it was comfortable as we all watched movies. The pool and hot tubs were also fun. Karen was incredibly responsive to all texts or emails.
Cimarron #307 is a nice spacious apartment just 5 mins away from Main St. Kitchen has everything you need to cook; beds are comfortable; all is access le via codes- no keys which is practical. Karen was great, responding to our questions on the spot. The apartment building is vintage, and the windows are not soundproof (bedrooms facing the road). Clean. Overall we recommend.
Great communicating with host, clean, almost cabin like feel but in a condo, short walk to everything on Main Street (dining and shopping). Rented bikes and did the 20 mile loop to Frisco, paved with off trail sections.
