- $500-1500 refundable deposit for compliance with house rules
- signed Docusign guest agreement for compliance with house rules

2. Must be age 25 or older. 6 adults max. (10 max guests) All names and ages must be provided.
3. Send host email address.
3a. Signed guest agreement 48 hours after receipt. This will be sent directly and must be signed and returned within 48 hours.
4. 4pm checkin and 10am checkout
5. No smoking, drugs or vaping
6. No animals or pets due to life threatening owner allergy
7. Park in driveway (not street)
8. No children under 12 unaccompanied in pool
9. No diving in pool
10. Quiet hours are between the hours of 9pm and 9am. If police issue a citation, renter is responsible for that charge.
11. Weddings or events are not allowed at this home, no parties, fireworks, confetti or glitter allowed on the property.
12. Ring security cameras at front door and in front of garage, video camera to monitor pool equipment in back (behind fence, no audio). No tampering with cameras, WiFi, locked cabinets, noise monitoring system or smoke detectors.
