Venice is a hidden gem - Unhurried, quiet, safe, and gorgeous, this town has so many fairs, festivals, music, and an avid art & theatre scene, there is always something going on. Venice is easy to travel to, close to the water, no traffic compared to the east coast of Florida. This property is a managed condominium complex, with a perfect layout for both privacy, or interaction, as desired. We appreciate that the architecture is a true 50's style bungalow - with the open floorpan layout as was de rigueur, and has come back in fashion once again.
