Welcome to Steal Away Bay, a custom-built home with stunning lake views from several rooms, it is the epitome of luxury lakefront. This home contains four “master suites” with private baths!
Entering the front door, there is ample space to unload your belongings in the large entry foyer. The foyer includes benches with metal pans underneath to hold any wet shoes or boots. There is one bedroom on this main level (the Mountain Room) as well the game and family rooms.
Stepping down into the home's big room, you will be awed by the lake view through the multiple expansive windows. The oversized leather sectional and occasional chair are perfect for relaxing in front of the ceramic gas log fireplace and the room’s 85" Smart TV with DirecTV and NFL ticket access.
The nearby dining area provides seating for up to eight guests with an additional 6 at the kitchen counter. The gourmet kitchen has French country cabinetry, a walk-in pantry and industrial pendant lighting. There is a 5 burner gas range/oven combo with a unique commercial style overhead warming rack just under the range hood, so that everyone can simultaneously enjoy a fresh hot meal. Also provided is a Kuerig coffee maker, a standard coffee maker, a grinder for your own beans and a full array of kitchen cookware and utensils.
Off these areas are two sliding glass doors that lead to the large wrap around partially covered deck. Once outside you can enjoy gorgeous lake views, a propane BBQ grill, seating for 14 and plenty of space to entertain. Down a flight of stairs into the backyard, you will find the hot tub and four chaise lounge chairs to soak up the sun. You are sure to appreciate the fully landscaped yard with lake access and your own private boat dock just a few yards from the property
Heading back upstairs to the top floor are three bedrooms. At the end of the landing is the home's grand master suite with picture windows for an exceptional panoramic view of the lake. There are two upholstered chairs in front of the King bed that face the ceramic gas log fireplace and the 65" Smart TV with DirecTV (NFL ticket access). In the adjoining master bath, you will find upgraded fixtures including a sunken Jacuzzi two-person bathtub and a separate shower stall. The owners have kindly provided an air purifier in this room that runs continuously. (There is a second purifier in an upstairs bedroom closet should another guest require one.)
Also upstairs with a view is the Lake Room, which offers a King bed, a red leather reclining chair to take in the views of the lake, ample closet space, as well as a three-quarter bathroom and a Smart TV. It is decorated in a red, white and blue canoe theme.
The third bedroom upstairs is the Garden Room. It offers a Queen bed with ample closet space and a full bath next door, which can be closed off from the hallway, allowing you total privacy. It is a bright room with trees outside the window and is decorated in a floral theme with a navy leather chair and a bench at the foot of the bed.
Heading back downstairs is the Mountain Room, which is the fourth “master bedroom” and is off the entry foyer. It has a King bed and is decorated in the traditional cabin look. It has ample closets, a Smart TV, and a full bath next door, which can be closed off from the foyer area for privacy. This bed is lower to the ground than the others (and is on the main floor) making it ideal for anyone with a mobility issue.
These four rooms are the perfect setting for shared family or couples staying in the home while the fifth bedroom adjacent to the game room area downstairs is a great space for the kids. It includes two oversized bean bag chairs, an 82" Smart TV with DirecTV (NFL ticket access) and two twin over full size bunks. There is also an oversized sectional for lounging and watching their favorite movies, a 3 in 1 Poker Table with Bumper Pool and an assortment of board games.
The home's game room (with a view to the family room) is a great place for adult fun! It is complete with a newly felted and leveled Pool Table ,a Vintage Pinball Machine , a Dartboard , and mini fridge. The adjacent full bathroom is for those sleeping in the bunks next door.
This home offers garage parking. There is a convenient Ski Tuning Station available for your use as well as boot dryers and a Laundry Station with top-of-the-line washer and dryer.
The owners have paid attention to detail in every room of this home, from custom upgraded hardwood flooring downstairs to plush carpeting in the bedrooms upstairs, high end furnishings and artwork. Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
