Annual Labor Day trip
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we stay at the Caribe every year. This is the first time ever renting this room For the most part, the room was nice and in a great location since it faced the bay, however, the kitchen could use a major upgrade with the pots and pans. All of the dishes that we tried to use were extremely nasty so we had to wash everything before use. Some of the pots and pans have food dried on them and are old and need to be replaced. There was also mold on the ceiling in the second bathroom . other than that, it was a pleasant stay. You’re too late for that

Wet bar ice machine flooded. Patio doors would not lock. Master bath hot water faucet leaks. Wet bar faucet leaks. Shutters in BR2 off the track. Not enough lighting in kitchen. Master bath too dark. Washer/dryer too old and take forever to dry. Ceiling leaked over wet bar from above unit. Maintenance promptly fixed. The unit needs a deep cleaning of baseboards and showers.

No beds for 12. No sofa bed in living space. Not nearly enough blankets and had to buy several. People sleeping on floor. Should not be allowed to say it sleeps 12. Absolutely false. If they charge me for not pushing the check out button on the app, I am going to have a real issue with that. Very nice space and balcony.

Beautiful but Does not accommodate 12 people
There are 3 bedrooms. If the guests are couples sharing a bed, the space can accommodate 8 people since there is a pullout couch in the entertainment space. Otherwise, there’s a twin mattress and about 2-3 air mattresses..(could’ve been more).

We brought three clients from Atlanta with five of our only employees along with three other sponsors. Went deep sea fishing two days straight and it was so nice at the end of each day coming back to such a comfortable condo to rest.

Property was great but look carefully at details and read ALL reviews before choosing
I have used VRBO for years and never had an issue until this week. Loved the area, but condo advertised for 12 guest and there were only beds for at the most 8. When you have senior adults traveling with you they need a bed. The common area stated it had sofa beds which was false. Also an air bed that had painters tape on it. Very thankful we brought our own cookware. Wish someone would have just called back when requested. I know you want everything in email. They did bring two air beds when requested. If it had only been a couple adults and rest children you could make due, but not with mostly adults. Made sure guest had a bed due to not wanting our guest uncomfortable. It has been a long week. Loved being with family, but will read all reviews before booking again. I asked the owner to contact us all week and they never did. Only way to send msg is through app. On the bright side, my family hopes we can come back we did love our view and made memories for our grandkids.

We loved this condo. It was very nice and we would love to stay again in the future. However do not rely on the advertised EZ bed. If you need the sleeping space be sure to bring your own air mattress.

Caribe is an amazing resort. The pools, marina, and other recreational facilities are great. Wonderful location as well. Our only problems were: the cleanliness of the unit when we arrived. There were sticky floors in the kitchen and master bedroom. We had to clean the master tub out as well. There was hair, debris, and grime in the tub. Also, the mattresses were marshmallow soft. If that’s your thing you’ll love it. If you’re like me and my party, it was horrible. The fridge just didn’t cool anything for the first 24 hours. It sounds like we didn’t have a good time. We absolutely did. We’ll happily be back, hoping these were one time only issues.

Very nice place
We was so excited to go on out trip. We arrived and our unit dishes washer was broke. The oven didn't work. The dryer hose was hanging into a sink and got so hot in there. But it was nice and very spacious. I contacted my host and she was no help and didn't want to fix the problem. Will never use a app again to book. But will be back but an another unit. We was in Building B unit 602.

Christmas Vacation
We try and stay at the Caribe 3 to 4 times a year. This the 1st time we rented out side the Caribe. We were a little nervous about it at first. But once we received the keys and walk through the door for the first time, all our fears were lifted. Very nice suite and very very nice resort. It fulfilled all of our expectations and then some Perfect view perfect location Thank you for having us One problem we had, the dish washer never worked

Nice Stay - Couple Issues - But Made Right
We have stayed at this resort several times and love it. Great location for food and watching the traffic in the bay. Our favorite thing to do is sit on the porch and watch the boats come in and out, maybe even a dolphin or two! There was a significant amount of construction ongoing in relation to hurricane damage from the previous year, but they are working to make the place back to 100%. This was our first time staying at a VRClub unit. We had a few maintenance issues with the unit (light bulbs missing/dead, broken oven, not ever clean when we arrived) but we worked through them. Still enjoyed this unit and the furnishings. We contacted VRClub about our issues and they compensated us for the troubles, making it right in the end. We totally understand the past 18mths has been hard for servicing rentals and getting contractors to work on them is even harder these days. Looking forward to a future stay, maybe even this unit again.

Beautiful condo but the oven did not work We contacted property manager and was told that someone would be there to fix it. Nobody showed up. I sent another email and was told he was making his way to us. We were there five days but he never showed up. Also we couldn’t get the tv to work. Other than that it was great.

We loved the resort but were disappointed in how dirty the condo was when we arrived. First off the floors were still sticky and wet with oily residue on the floors around the appliances. We even had to wash some of the bedding before we could sleep on them due to red stains on them maybe blood? They need to find some new cleaners for sure.

The overall experience was good. The condo wasn’t as clean as the other condos we have booked in the past. We did pay extra for an early checkin, but I don’t think it should’ve prevented the cleaning company from mopping the floors prior to our arrival. The listing accurately showed the layout and furniture.

This condo was everything it said it would be and more! It was perfect for our family of 10. We LOVED the balcony and ate every meal out there. Had several small appliances and a few pots and pans. Keurig was a very small one but we made it work. Stove was very nice but a little difficult to work. Needs more kitchen linens. We were also not expecting the fee to park for the week. Not a big deal but just didn't know. Sticks rigidly to the 10am check out. Pay the extra for a 1pm check in - well worth it. Pools were amazing. We plan to book it again for next year.

Condo review
This property is an ideal location with an amazing balcony that has views of the gulf and the bay. We spent the majority of time outside on the balcony; however, the interior of the house was also nice. The master bed and bath was massive. The other two rooms with beds were quite a bit smaller. The office space had a pull out couch that sufficed for a three and five year old. Mattress was pretty thing on it, but that’s typical for a pull out couch. The listing didn’t advertise it, but there is a $25 per car fee that has to be paid for parking so plan accordingly. Overall, great property and I would stay again.

Great waterway entertainment!
We had four couples in our group for this first time trip to Orange Beach for all of us. Condo is very spacious and appears just as it is in the pictures! Living room and kitchen are a great size and we were very comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and appliances - everything we could need. Two of the bathrooms are a little small, but the master bath is like a mini apartment - it was giant! The wrap around balcony was our favorite hangout while at the condo... watching the dolphins and the police pulling over boats was very entertaining! We liked that it was only 1.9 miles from Flora-Bama. The Cobalt restaurant was GREAT! Walking distance from the condo and could listen to the live band from the balcony after returning from dinner. Walked over the bridge toThe Gulf, which was good, but other than that not a lot of options in walking distance. Found Uber and Lift were sparsely available and unreliable - if needed, definitely call local cab companies for transportation. Had a small issue with the A/c but management company responded quickly and was handled promptly. We didn't take advantage of the pools as the water was cold but there were several spring break families who seemed to enjoy them. All in all had a great trip and would absolutely recommend this condo!
