Close to the park and convenient. Units are older and starting to show their age. Clean but fairly spartan unit. Two person hot tub on deck is tight. Nice to be on the river but just room for two to sit on the deck with the hot tub.
Uni is for sale and with showings we were unable to know if we could get in a little early in time for us to react.
Host was very responsive. Parking was easy as was finding the unit.
As someone wrote here, this condo had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. The drawback for us personally is simply that units in the Fawn Valley Inn complex are so densely crowded together and with such thin walls that it's impossible to avoid the impact of neighbors' footsteps (let alone other noise). No fault of the owner who keeps the unit perfectly clean and maintained. In this case, the deck with hot tub is barely separated with a small chain from the unit next door, whose occupants must pass back and forth to stairs to the river. Just noting this fact for future renters. Had a good stay, considering the noise factor.
We enjoyed our stay. The river is just perfect and calm! Loved seeing the elk as we arrived. Couldn't find garbage bags but everything was supplied and just what we needed.

We loved being right on the river and the hot tub was a nice treat. It’s an older property, but was clean and just what we needed to enjoy both Estes Park and RMNP.
We really enjoyed our stay here. This was our 2nd time back to Estes. The property was easy to get to, very clean, and bed was comfortable. The only thing that needs to be more clear as to what number of the unit you are staying in. We knew the building, but had to ask about which unit we had reserved. Overall, great place to stay!
Liked the river off the balcony. Sat out there a lot at the end of the day. Didn't use the hot tub as it was mid summer. Everything was nice and as expected.
I accidentally left some keys there and Kevin texted me as soon as he found them and arranged to have them mailed to my home. Appreciated the extra effort.
Easy entrance to park, away from town noises, beautiful spot by creek, and great little hot tub.

Just 3 miles out of town and 1 mile from entry to Park. Loved the babbling brook just outside the door. Very comfortable bed too.

For the price it was an excellent deal. You are truly right on the river, and it is beautiful. The two person hot tub is really neat. The condo is outfitted with everything you need. The only negative is the electric stove/oven is poor quality. But it works. You just need to be careful with the oven especially.

Why they chose this property
These condos are less then 1 mile away from Rocky Mtn National Park. 4 miles from the town of Estes Park. Estes Park has the hustle and bustle of a small town with lots of Tourists and things to do. Restaurants, Shopping, Go karts, Movie theater, Miniature Golf, Horseback riding, Wildlife(the Elk are always walking around the area), four wheel and snowmobile tours, Fishing, Etc. It is nice to visit but then escape to the wilderness at night to get away from it all!
