Our private home will be all yours during your stay. You will be able to enjoy the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fully equipped kitchen, pool table, heated pool, and boat dock. In addition, the property has smoke detectors but not carbon monoxide detectors as the property only uses electricity.

The check-in process is automated to allow for self check-in. Within 48 hours before arrival, you will receive check-in instructions. I may be out of town, but am always available via the app, phone, or email. I will provide a list of contact information in case of an emergency.

Beautifully maintained neighborhood with canal access. Minutes from city center, bridge to Fort Myers, and major shopping and restaurants. It is a prime location in the Savona neighborhood!

You will have a large driveway to park. Uber and Lyft are also available in Cape Coral.

We kindly ask prior to check-out that you remove the trash, clean your dishes, and strip used linens.

Front exterior cameras (doorbell and far right side) to monitor house condition for security purposes. Cameras record brief video and audio when activated by motion. No cameras or audio devices are in the home. We take your privacy very seriously!
