Our little corner of paradise is located on the seafront, placed on the sand and sns walk in front, with direct access to the beach through the garden of the apartment.
The apartment has been completely renovated, tastefully decorated and current:
2 separate bedrooms, one with a 140 bed, and the other two bunk beds.
Kitchen equipped with quality appliances: induction hob, oven pyrolysis, silent dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffeemaker dolce gusto, and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, blender heating phillips, multicooker moulinex, steam cooked seb, rice cooker, washing machine, TV, dvd player, cd player, Bluetooth speakers, dvd and books and board games available.
Terrace: garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, barbecue, beach games.
Ideal for families.
Weekly rental only from Saturday to Saturday.
Well behaved animals are welcome from September to June.

Die Lage direkt am weitläufigen Strand mit dem Meer direkt vor der Nase ist einfach ein Traum! Das ist auch der Hauptgrund, weswegen wir einen so wunderbaren, entspannten Urlaub hatten. Sehr zu schätzen wussten wir auch die vielen abwechslungsreichen Wasseraktivitäten, die schnell zu erreichen sind. Praktisch war auch der fußläufig gelegene Bäcker, wir vermissen unser morgendliches Baguette, die Chocolatines und Croissants.

Vacances au bord de l'eau !

Location réellement en front de mer. Proche de petits commerces. L'appartement est moderne et bien décoré avec beaucoup d'appareils électroménagers (même trop pour nous). Nous recommandons cette location.

Erholsamer Urlaub an wundervoller Lage

Wir haben eine wundervoll erholsame Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage direkt am Strand ist unschlagbar. Es ist in der Wohnung alles vorhanden was es braucht. Melanie hat uns sehr nett in Empfang genommen, die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt. Gruissan selber ist ein schönes südfranzösiches Städtchen mit kunterbuntem Markt. Nebst langen Strandspaziergängen, sind Entdeckungstouren im La Clape Gebirge und den Weingütern der Umgebung sehr zu empfehlen. Die Weine der Weingüter Rochette sur Mer, Chateau Capitou, sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wer gern exzellent und auserlesen isst, ist im Restaurant Mediteraneo des Chateau Capitou gut aufgehoben. Wer Meeresfrüchte mag sollte sich ein Ausflug in die Salinen und das Restaurant le Saunier, nicht entgehen lassen.

Zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort!

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement. La vue sur mer est magnifique. Quel plaisir de pouvoir aller à la plage quand on veut. Aussi, l'appartement est très bien équipé et très propre. Enfin, nous avons été accueilli très gentiment par Mélanie.

Urlaub mit den Füßen im Sand

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sehr sauber, Desinfektionsmittel für die Hände und Flächen vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und die Ausstattung der Küche außerordentlich, eine Vielzahl technischer Geräte, alles da, was man sich vorstellen kann. Der Kontakt mit Emmanuelle war sehr nett und unkompliziert und auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit Melanie war ausgesprochen nett. Das absolute Highlight war für uns allerdings die Terrasse und die Lage zum Meer. Es dauert 170 Schritte von der Terrasse bis zum Wasser. Der erste Kaffee mit Blick auf den Strand, das haben wir sehr genossen. Man kann in naher Umgebung vieles entdecken. Unser Fazit, eine rundum gelungene Woche, lädt ein zum Wiederkommen.

Perfekt!

Das für uns Wichtigste: Die Angaben im Inserat sind vollständig und richtig und die Fotos geben einen realistischen Eindruck vom Apartment ohne etwas Wesentliches wegzulassen. Wenn das gegeben ist, dann kann man ja kaum enttäuscht werden und das waren wir auch nicht. Alles in Ordnung! Die Wohnung ist mit Verstand und Geschmack eingerichtet und dadurch gemütlich wie auch funktional. Funktional gilt besonders für die Küche, die mit zahlreichen hochwertigen Geräten aufwartet. Alle Geräte und Einrichtungen funktionierten einwandfrei und die Wohnung war bei Übernahme tiptop sauber. Auch die Matratzen (für uns immer ein wirklich kritisches Detail) waren vollkommen sauber und nicht übermäßig abgenutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Emmanuelle und ihrer Agentin vor Ort war völlig problemlos, korrekt und pünktlich. Die Ferienhausanlage als Ganzes war sehr ruhig, wenngleich wir natürlich außerhalb der Saison da waren. Der Pool war geschlossen, aber das war uns vorher klar und ist deshalb kein Kritikpunkt. Gleiches gilt für Restaurants und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ja, und die Lage - DIREKT am Strand - ist natürlich einmalig, aber das ist ja wahrscheinlich ohnehin der Hauptgrund für jeden, sich für dieses Apartment zu entscheiden. Deshalb in der Summe: Perfekt!

Ein Paradies mit direktem Zugang zum Strand

Wir haben tolle Ferien in einer bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung verbringen können. - Frühstück mit Blick auf das Meer - Bäckerei in Gehdistanz - Morgenspaziergang mit Sonnenaufgang am Strand - Velovermietung vor Ort - Unkomplizierte Wohnunsübergabe - Lokale Wander- und Velowege vorhanden Wirklich empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder. 😀
