A three storey villa of modern style, located on the west slope of a hill 170 meters above sea level.
Fantastic views from the top and down-hill terraces. A lot privacy, neighbours do not see you, and you do not see them.
Living room on the second floor with in-house cinema equipment and surround stereo. Dining terrace with mountain views and remote sea views.
Guest floor is the first, with bathroom and two bedrooms, one with a Valley of Denia view, other in the garden with great apricot tree.
Master bedroom of 40sq meters located on the ground floor. 3D-TV and stereo. Fireplace, small kitchen and an in-suite bathroom. Direct access to the swimming pool.
Behind a swimming pool there is petanque area surrounded by wine plantation. The villa area is designed to have 7 living areas without interrupting each other.
Best suited for three couples. A family with two kids may locate in a huge master bedroom. Two inflatable queen size beds for those who want to sleep on one of the terraces.
Rented for long weekends and weekly. Price for 6 persons, and extra EUR25 per night for each extra person.
Plenty of strands 15minutes by a car. 5 golf courses within 45 minutes. Valencia and Alicante airport is one-hour drive. Nearest supermarket is 5 minutes by bike. Two bikes are available to use free of charge.

187 meters above sea level, west slope of a hill. Serenity and terrific sunset views. It is possible to get to the white sands of Costa Blanca or rocky shores of Capo del Nao within 20-35 minutes. 7 terrace levels.
What makes this property unique
Master bed room with fire place on a pool level. Great choice for leisure: home cinema, vynil turntable with grand LPs collection, petanque area, table tennis, chess boards.
Terrific scenery on Denia valley full of orange, mandarin, olive and almond plantations. There are 7 levels of habitation, where everyone can find its unique place to hide away. Upper garden and terrace with sea views. Upper "shade" terrace for a romantic diner. Solarium terrrace with nice views. Dining and living area and terrace. Guest room floor with own pation and access to the pool area. Master bedroom area with open fire place and direct access to the pool. Finally, petanque area with wine plantations.
