Great House

We had 2 wonderful weeks during the summer. The house is great with enough space for a big family including dog and it is really close to the beach.

Óptima localização e boa relação qualidade preço

Casa com muito espaço , boa para famílias. Muito simpático autorizarem a partilha de todo o recheio da casa assim como as bicicletas. Falha em alguns pormenores de manutenção A repetir provavelmente :)

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in Toplage!

Das Haus liegt wirklich unmittelbar am Strand und ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe, Einweisung in Haus und Umgebung durch Alex, den Bruder der Vermieterin, war geprägt von ehrlicher Freundlichkeit, man fühlte sich gleich wohl und zu Hause. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Location tres bien place

Bonne prestation ,villa très propre ne manque de rien . Ps :Pour le propriétaire changement de lit pour la chambre deux trop petit pour des adultes ; Et un SPA serai très bien sur la terrasse qui a rajoute 10 euros sur le prix de la location . Recommandation a 100%

Die lange des Hauses ist sehr gut. Genau wie beschrieben direkt am Strand. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kindern.

Belle maison avec des belles plages a découvrir

Nous avons passé des supers vacances la maison est comme décrite grande et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer des belles vacances ,Alvaro nous à accueilli avec sympathie la plage est vraiment tout près. Juste quelques points a améliorer, la douche du bas n'a pas de puissance et presque pas d eau chaude,on aurais aussi apprécié des rideaux dans les fenêtres, le bruit de la maison jumelle est souvent jusqu'à tard la nuit mais nous avons passé des super vacances est c est volontier que nous y retournerons volontiers.merci a Alvaro pour ça disponibilité et gentillesse!

Big house directly on the beach

Very good stay

We had a great time. The house is big, well equipped and very closed to the beach. Alex was very welcoming and helpful and we felt at home quickly. We used the bikes to ride along the Nova Costa in a beautiful area. We have also enjoyed Coimbra, a short 1 hour drive and the roman ruins of Conimbriga. The children's park 2 minutes from the house was also very appreciated by the kids.The ocean is often too rough for the children however Praia Da Barra closed to the lighthouse (a 5m ride by car or bicycle) is perfect. We highly recommend the place ! Thanks Alex and Cristiane

Muy limpia, zona perfecta y el anfitrión muy amable. La casa tiene de todo para estar cómodos.

La comunicación en todo momento ha sido fluída y la casa es lo que aparece en las fotos. Tiene de todo en la cocina y hace la estancia muy cómoda. Las bicicletas para pasear es un detalle más. Mejoraría sólo algún colchon.

Perfecta la estancia, casa grande y cómoda y junto a la magnífica playa de Costa Nova y a 5 m

Perfecto el trato del casero, muy atento y amable. La casa es muy grande y cómoda. Tiene una terraza que es una maravilla y dispone de todo tipo de accesorios, los cuales me indicaron que podíamos usar sin limitación, sombrillas, bicicletas, sillas de playa, cafetera nespresso, plancha, secador de pelo, toallas de baño... en resumen muy recomendable el lugar, la playa una preciosidad y el pueblo de lo más pintoresco. Además andando tienes restaurantes, un chiringuito de playa tipo chill-out y tiendas pequeñas para comprar lo más necesario. Está a menos de 10 minutos en coche del centro de Aveiro, donde hay parking para el coche a un precio muy razonable. Repetería sin dudarlo

The property was very well situated, very vast, with all the amenities we could ask for.

Calme confortable balnéaire

Accueil adorable pour découvrir cette belle maison tres bien équipée barbecue matériel de plage terrasse supérieure avec salon tonnelle et transats. Propreté étincelante et literie formidable. La petite ville balnéaire est super jolie les habitants adorables et la plage magnifique sable nickel. Couchers de soleil mémorables. On peut louer une voiture pour visiter Coimbra. En un mot SUPER

Destacar el aspecto humano: la gran persona que esAlvaro su agrado y sus atenciones en la llegada y despues, siempre atento de que todo fuera bien o si necesitabamos algo- La casa:nada que decir en contra: espaciosa, cercana a la playa , confortable... Destacar la magia del atico para las cianc,as, lo disfrutaron mucho.Perfecto si tuviera un pequeño aseo Buen equipamiento en todo Y un pequeño detalle, ¡faltan bandejas¡ Esperamos poder repetir. Gracias Alvaro y perdonanos, Creo que dejamos el lavaplatos sin dar al boton de en marcha

La mejor vivienda de vacaciones en la que hemos estado

En la casa de Alvaro y Cristina hemos estado como en nuestra casa: La vivienda es muy amplia (caben 10 personas cómodamente) y muy bonita. Tiene todos los detalles que podáis imaginar: el equipamiento de la cocina, almohadas, sábanas, toallas, artículos de limpieza.... Cualquier cosa que penséis que podríais necesitar la encontraréis. Incluso hay tumbonas para la playa, bicibletas, tablas de surf, barbacoa con su carbón.... Enfín, que es una maravilla! Queremos mandar un saludo muy cariñoso a Alvaro, pendiente de nuestra llegada, amable y atento, y recordarle que las fotos de internet no hacen justicia a vuestra estupenda casa.

EXCELLENT

We had a fantastic holiday at the Villa towards the end of June 2016. So much so that we intend to return in 2017. Accommodation , Facilities, Location were great . The terrace patio overlooking the dunes was a lovely place to sit in full sun or rest under the gazebo! Extras like the sun recliners , bicycles and beach equipment added value to our stay. A big plus was the close proximity of the lovely sandy beach and beach restaurants in one direction and the beautiful promenade with shops , restaurants etc in the other. Aveiro, a short drive away has large shops , supermarkets and train links but a car is not a necessity. Alex welcomed us, settled us in , gave us advice on where to shop etc and was always just a phone call away if we needed help . He contacted us midway to make sure everything was ok. All in all a great holiday , fantastic house and plenty of space. We would recommend the Villa to others.

Perfecto para unas vacaciones.

Hemos pasado cuatro dias en Costa Nova, en casa de Cristina y todo ha sido perfecto. La casa muy amplia, cuatro habitaciones grandes y bonitas. Los niños en la buhardilla lo han pasado genial. La playa al lado y el paseo por el pueblo, muy agradable. Lugar de mucha paz. Gracias a Alvaro, y a su inmensa simpatia. Trato excelente, y la casa muy completa.
