I didn’t care for the kitchen supplies at all. The silverware looked dirty. There wasn’t much to use as far as cooking and the furniture is very uncomfortable.

Sun and Fun!

This one bedroom only a block off the A1A was perfect for my wife and me during our Spring Break 2023 stay! Communication was excellent, the property was very clean and well maintained. It was relaxing to lounge by the pool and very easy to walk to the beach. The kitchen is rather small but had everything we needed to have breakfast and lunch "in house". When you do go out, get the Coconut Shrimp at the Seaside Grill, only 2 blocks away. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here for four weeks. The unit was comfy! We had social get together every Friday evening. The managers are on property and eager to help you with any problems or questions. Heather answered any questions quickly. I would highly recommend this unit.

Great communication, decent property

We stayed for a weekend with my family (mom, dad, 5, 2). The apartment is cozy and has most things you need from towels, cook wear, towels. We were promised a pack and play would be there at check in which it wasn’t, the property manager rectified it immediately and got us one there within 10 min. The only two downsides was the AC unit was in the front of the unit and it struggled to get back to the bedroom which made it impossible to shut the bedroom door to sleep if you wanted air. There was also a very stuffy smell we could not shake. Otherwise communication, rate, and the unit was good.

Excellent communication w Heather Brooks, property mgr. Close and convenient to beaches and amenities. Nice pool. Has everything one would need. Two suggestions: Include Roku instructions for us old or technology challenged ppl And most importantly, pls provide REAL usable beach chairs. Besides this everything was excellent. We would return .
