This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

The Suites at Hershey is where Hershey® first manufactured chocolate! Enjoy a chocolate- themed getaway combined with theme park fun set in the lush green pasture land of Amish country. It's a great place to explore buckled with amazing nearby attractions and a glorious villa/suite to come home.

Approximately 1,200 square feet, this state of the art 2 Bedroom features 1 King Bed, 2 Double Beds, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa including a kitchen, dining room, 2 separate bathrooms. Maximum of 8 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Blender, Cable TV, CD Stereo, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, DVD Player, Hairdryer, Ice Maker , Iron/Ironing Board , Microwave, Oven, Stove/Range, Washer/Dryer and Wheelchair Accessible.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to The Suites at Hershey is Harrisburg International (MDT) which is 13 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at The Suites at Hershey we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Sweet Hershey Stay!

This property was fantastic for our family of 4’s trip to Hershey! It’s location is great-a few minutes from the park and all of the attractions, and literally across the street from Tanger Outlets. There was a slight issue at check in due to a mix up with our reservation, but the front desk was very helpful and assured us that all would be taken care of by the time we returned and offered a place to store our belongings as well. If you have young children or light sleepers, I’d recommend asking for building 3 as that’s the farthest from the train.

It’s has a lot to do on the Property. You have to get used to the train and ‘ whistle a couple times in the morning and at night all day. But it was a nice loud sound

This was a great stay but very poor communication with property owner. We were confirmed for only 2 of the 3 days and I had to find another place to rent for the missing night.

Very disappointed

The hotel is dirty. The hallways had trash and food all along it. Housekeeping was non existent. If sleep is important to you forget about it. There is a very active train line right next to the hotel. They go by at ALL hours and yes they blow their train Horns as they pass. For the money we spent for three days at Hershey at this hotel I expected much much more. Disappointment is an understatement.

Nice condo near Hershey Park, Outlets, and Spa at Hotel Hershey

Nice condo with full kitchen, indoor and outdoor pools and fire pits. Good for a larger group that would have required 2 hotel rooms. Also allowed extra cars to park on site. Friendly office staff at complex.

Property was great had a snafu with VBRO with all of our initial reservation being covered. I didn’t find out I needed to look for additional hotels to finish my stay until about 24 hours before I left. Property was great it was exactly what I needed for my stay.

Hershey is sweet

We had a very nice stay. The resort was very nice. My only complaint is the train that runs very near to the resort and wakes you up if you are a light sleeper.

Quick stay for transit purposes.

Flying from West Africa to South America with a quick stop in PA to see my kids. Nice property, close to all and very convenient for what I needed to do. Would certainly book again.

Property itself it Great, BUT DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VRBO OR RESORT RENTAL PROS!!!!

I highly recommend this property. Great location, all the bells and whistles. Close to everything, Wonderful staff. But if you would like to stay here CALL THEM DIRECTLY. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BOOK THROUGH VRBO OR RESORT RENTAL PROS!!! Here is why: I live 3 hrs away from Hershey. I booked my stay a full month in advance. I showed up to check in and was told there was no reservation under my name. They were not at capacity, so I worked it out with them and lucked out with a place to stay because it was the off season. On my way to my room, I got no less than 10 phone calls from RESORT RENTAL PROS telling me that "The owner had passed and I can no longer provide this room for you." REALLY!!???!!! At check in time on the day of arrival. I was lucky that I was able to work my situation out, but had this been the summer time and peak season I would have be SOL. So please, call the SUITES AT HERSHEY directly. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS SITE OR RESORT RENTAL PROS. Don't have your vacation ruined by these people!

Hershey Park Vacation

We were very impressed with the Suites at Hershey. Our kids loved the beautiful outdoor pool. It was perfect for some evening swimming after a day at Hershey park. We loved how close it was to the park. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Overall a great experience and we would definitely recommend this to friends and family, as well as come back again!

The owner cancelled at the last minute. Very disappointed.

We were supposed to check on a Monday. We were notified on Saturday evening that our reservation had been cancelled. We were left with nowhere to stay for 4 nights. We had to stay in a hotel. I will never use VRBO again
