Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath family owned Orlando vacation spot is conveniently located four miles from Walt Disney World in the private residential area of Lindfield Estates in Kissimmee, Florida. There is fun for the whole family to enjoy! You’re only a short drive from all the Disney theme parks including Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Other nearby attractions include: Universal Studios, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Sea World, Island of Adventures, Gator Land and Wet-n-Wild.

Guests may also enjoy shopping and dining at the multitude of restaurants and shopping malls in the surrounding area or get out and relax on the links. The Orlando / Kissimmee area is home to several championship golf courses, such as Champions Gate, Orange Lake, Celebrations and the Disney Resort courses.

Great house

House was great! Easy drive to Disney. House was clean and was a great fit for our family. Kids loved the pool which was very close by. Host was excellent and was quick to respond.

Nice unit in a quiet condo complex. Short drive to Disney, comfortable, close to stores and restaurants. Queen bed in 2nd bedroom needs a new mattress, but everything else was great.

Orlando family vacation

The host was amazing and very informative. The property was clean. The inside of the condo was clean. The only complaint we have were the queen bed and the king bed itself. It felt like sleeping on a pull out bed due to the bedframe. A good night sleep would’ve been really nice to have. The only thing I would recommend is the host maybe put a mattress topper on or a piece of plywood so you don’t feel the bars that the mattress sits on. Other than that, everything was great.

Clean, just don't flush!

This was a nice condo in a nice area, however it was quite hard to find within the complex in the dark. The beds were terrible. Master bed was so firm my husband's back wasn't right the whole time. Beds in other bedrooms were springy and my daughter-in-law's neck was stiff the whole time due to the lack of soft pillows. The guest bath toilet overflowed, twice, and no amount of plunging made it go down--just slowly went down overnight. We had to use the one provided detergent to wash the towels and rugs and then had none left for our laundry. .I gave this property 3 stars because of the location and cleanliness, but unfortunately it was not a comfortable stay.

It is a quiet area close to the parks. Really close to restaurants and shopping area. Clean and perfect for my family. Fit 5 adults and 2 kids very well. Would definitely stay again.

Great location from Disney!

The property itself was amazing and a perfect driving distance from all the Disneyworld parks. The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for my family of 6. My only complaint is that the owner himself was a bit rude. I wouldnt book with him again only because friendliness and appreciation towards guests is something I myself take seriously when dealing in customer service.

Destination Wedding

Condo was perfect location for our nieces wedding. Lots to do in the surrounding area. Easy drive to any Disney location, local eateries everywhere. ICON Park a fantastic place for entertainment and food. Condo was very clean and was easy to find.

Family Disney Vaca!!

Great place, great location. Owner was easy to contact! No complaints at all. We even encountered our first Hurricane #Milton. Felt very safe. No flooding, no damage, and no loss of power.

Comfortable stay for our family of 5

My family and I stayed here for the weekend to attend a family wedding at Disney. It was a very comfortable stay. The pool was very clean and refreshing (but the hot tub did not look clean, so we didn't use it). The temperature of the apt was comfortable, especially with the fan in the master bedroom (it would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the other two bedrooms). I was unsuccessful in contacting the property manager before and during the stay, but Jason (owner) was very responsive and helpful. Our only suggestion would be to have pool towels available for guests. There were bathroom towels for showers, but for the pool, we ran to Walmart three miles away and bought some to use. We would book this apt again should the need arise.

Large apartment, plenty of space for the family, who also enjoyed the pool (much needed after a hot day in the theme parks). Great location for all the parks, quick access to the road system to get around. Restaurants, shops etc all nearby and local area info provided in the accommodation. Very efficiently run. Thanks for a good stay.
