Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Great Summer Getaway

There was an issue with the air conditioner not working while we were there but it was fixed within a few hours. Overall it was a great weekend getaway with friends/family.

Horrible experience!

We ended up having to stay in two different units in this complex. The first unit was so bad that we were moved after one night. The first unit was on the ground floor and had obviously been flooded. Portions of the floor were flooded with flooring coming up. All of the carpets were filthy. The mold and mildew effected all of our abilities to breath. This place should be condemned. The second unit was better but still not great. I would never stay in this condo complex again. The rental agent was helpful but really should never had put a human in the first unit to start with. They moved us but we had to endure one night. My clothes and suitcase still smelled like mold and mildew after a week back home.

Great location, not so great room.

The location was great, meaning that the beach was not crowded in front of the condo.This was a big perk for us that we didn’t have to battle a large crowd. The condo, ehh. There was a musty smell to the condo. Everything stank when we went home. We bought an air freshener hoping that it would help. The flooring throughout the condo definitely had some previous water damage. Multiple spots where the floor was sticking up and we placed rugs over the top to prevent the kiddos from hurting their toes. The balcony had a rug on it to hide 2 missing tiles, which should have been fixed prior to anyone staying there. We were supplied with only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 people. No extras anywhere. There were 2 blow dryers, one didn’t even work and the other one blew up when using it. Our master toilet was leaking water from the tank and it was reported immediately and someone came within hours to look at it. So, they were quick on response. But you could also tell there was water damage and flooring was not secured behind toilet against the wall either prior to maintenance looking at it. During our stay, we found 2 cockroaches in our condo and mouse turds on our balcony. Eek!

The good, the bad, and the ugly

The location of this condo is great. It is so convenient to several restaurants and stores. We really didn’t have to drive anywhere if we didn’t want to. We also loved being on the first floor and avoiding the crowds at the elevator. The condo is older and not very updated. It was fairly clean except for the wad of hair in the shower and rugs that have seen much better days. What truly keeps me from recommending this condo is the smell. As soon as you open the door it takes your breath away. It smells like mildew or mold. I’m sure it’s a known issue because there were air fresheners sitting around, but they were no help. If we could have moved to another condo, we would have because of the mildew/mold smell.

Awesome vacation

The rooms were spacious, artwork was tasteful, and king size bed was comfortable. The facilities were clean and the company communicated easily via text. Easy check in & check out...even asked how the stay was going in the process. Did have an old smell that had to be aired out daily. The hot tub is also closed for kids under 16. Overall had a great vacation here!

Perfect Thanksgiving get away!

Our family wanted to try something different for thanksgiving and try to break free from the stress involved with cooking and cleaning. We booked this condo that was directly on the beach. The parking was exceptional and we were able to park literally at the front door of the condo. The town offered several options for Thanksgiving meals. The Red fish were coming in to the bay near by where we were able to fish. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. The pool was closed at the moment for maintenance , but the weather was warm enough for us to enjoy the beach so it was to no inconvenience at all. Our family will definitely do this again and we have officially started a new Thanksgiving tradition.

The laminate flooring is in extremely bad shape. I actually tripped and fell in the hallway at door/kitchen. As soon as you walked in the smell of stink bugs will make you gag. All and I mean all of our belongings smelled like it when we got home. The water pressure in the master shower is so bad we had to use the sinks to wash hair. I could go on and on but this should be enough.

The decor is nice, smell not as much

Very strong odor when you come in. There are also water mark in dining room area coming from above. Mold on the master shower roof. And water started dripping onto the toilet and floor from the bathroom fan. Headboard in master, and bunk beds were extremely loose. Making it for a loud sleep in those rooms.

Everything we needed for a great 2 night getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Refreshing to hop into a VERY CLEAN, nicely furnished and decorated condo where EVERYTHING worked! Kitchen well furnished also, including all small appliances (yes, the blender worked!). Streaming worked on all TV's, easy access with door code rather than keys/cards, comfortably slept 2 adults and 5 teens including sofa bed. Ground floor so no stairs, no need for elevator. Quick access to the beach, beautiful view from the balcony. Pool & hot tub well maintained. Didn't use but also had indoor pool. Security guard at night very nice and attentive. Minutes to Publix, CVS, Walmart Market, etc. Wifi spotty; however front desk responded to calls to reset. Door to unit is next to bottom of trash chute and cart storage area, but we experienced no bugs or odors, just some increased foot traffic as guests accessed. Because of Covid, a bit longer of a wait for check-in than we would have liked, but Liquid Life texted us as soon as it was ready. Second time using Liquid Life - we love their responsiveness, especially the text line monitored from 8am - 7pm daily.

Would stay here again!

I gave this condo an overall 4 out of 5 because the pictures did make the place look a lot nicer/cleaner. Check in/Check out was super easy, especially for being in a pandemic we didn't even have to have contact with anyone. For the price and location we would stay here again!
