Beautiful Breeze is a 4 BR 2 BA beachfront cottage with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen & living room. It has a 180 degree ocean view, spacious oceanfront screened porch with plenty of seating, a large sunny deck area, and an outside rinse station.

This oceanfront cottage sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have new 12 inch Queen Medium Firm Memory Foam Mattresses and blackout curtains.

This cottage is conveniently located near Middleton Park, Ocean Crest Pier, Island Way Restaurant, The Pepperoni Grill, Kings Beach shop, tennis & pickleball courts, Food Lion grocery, and Publix grocery.

Keyless door lock entry provides easy access.

This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS cottage.

Rental includes 5 ROKU Smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, W/D, HVAC, D/W, a fully equipped kitchen, and ceiling fan/light combos in each room.

Lower level storage has a variety of beach toys and supplies. Small outdoor utility sink and picnic table are in shaded area under the cottage.

Basic starter cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish detergent provided.

If i could give this property more than 5 stars I would. Allen is a gracious host, responding immediately to questions. Home was clean and well stocked- even with spices, cooking oil and coffee). Very comfortable mattresses! We will be back.

Wonderful house, Great location on the beach

I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay here. Very clean updated house right on the beach. The large porch with rocking chairs was a favorite. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything we could need. Even though the house is not very large it was perfect for our 4 adults. Even though it was winter, we spent so much time on the porch which includes a screened in portion also, we never had a complaint about the size. We booked for next year while we were still there!

Great Place

We took our son, my parents and mother in law. Stayed for a quick four day trip. House was the perfect size for our group and we liked the bathrooms on each side between the bedrooms and the updated interior of all the rooms. We spent most of our time on the beach which was very close and or on the awesome deck moving between screened in and open area. Thanks and we will be back.

Our stay at Beautiful Breeze was amazing. The layout of the home and the stocked kitchen was very nice. I think our favorite place to hang out was the screened porch. Unfortunately we had a problem on the beach with the biting flys so we utilized that screened porch quite a lot.porch aloy!

Perfect Breeze

The perfect place to take a break

We rented the home for a week, combining two separate small families with kids ages almost 2 to 17. The older kids and adults were able to have their own rooms, two of which had gorgeous views. The screened in porch was just perfect for enjoying all the delicious take out from the area. The outdoor rocking chairs were perfect for quiet evening chats with only the sounds of waves and wind from the beach. The host even offered us early check in. Very responsive host. We love Oak Island and a house right on the beach!

Wonderful Vacay

It was great that the house has been remodeled! But, the large screen- in porch was our favorite, we spent most of our time there. Also the kids really appreciated all the water toys . Wonderful place to relax.

Seaside serenity.

Beautiful Breeze was the ideal beach house for a week on the beach with family. Thank you Allen for your impeccable hospitality and prompt response to all of our questions before and during our stay! We loved the short walk over the dune to the beach. The beach was never crowded, quiet most days, and so peaceful!! The house was clean on arrival and the kitchen had everything we needed for the week. We most enjoyed the screened in porch and deck. The view of the ocean was beautiful! The beds were very comfortable and we most appreciated all the storage space and hooks in each bedroom. This property is as advertised…what you see is what you get. We will forever cherish our beach week family memories while staying at Beautiful Breeze.

Perfect beach vacation with the family!

This is our second year staying at this beach house and it never disappoints!!! From the moment you arrive and walk into the beautiful kitchen and see out the sliding doors to that amazing ocean view, you know it’s the perfect place! The beach is a few steps away to enjoy all day! The layout of the house with 2 bedrooms and a bath on each side is perfect for some privacy. The screened in deck on the back of the house is the favorite place in the evening and the open deck is great for morning coffee and listening to the ocean. The host, Allen is wonderful! The house is stocked with everything needed to enjoy the stay. He also is very prompt on answering any questions. This is definitely a favorite place to stay for us!!

Best vacation ever!

I would recommend Beautiful Breeze to anyone who asks. The house is beautiful, full of light, comfortable and peaceful. Beach is very close and the view is wonderful. While we took advantage of the local restaurants, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals with. We hated to leave.

An amazing get-away!

We loved everything about this rental! It was very clean & well-stocked with the essentials. The dunes are a bit high so you dont get a 100% view of the beach & the bedroom windows are sealed shut so you cant hear the ocean waves while you sleep. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Ocean front perfection

We really enjoyed this property. The owners did a great job spending time to make the home special. It is full of updated/comfortable furniture (indoor and out). The kitchen was fully equipped with everything from a coffee maker to blender to tons of cups, plates and silverware. The bedrooms are a good size with very comfortable beds and bedding. The curtains provided almost blackout conditions to darken the rooms for a good nights sleep. The most impressive thing about this house is the outdoor area. The screened porch is massive, and the accompanying deck is equally impressive. The view is perfection, including rolling dunes, with the crashing waves just over the horizon. This home is literally steps away from the ocean. This Property will be at the top of the list for next stay.

Perfect house for a relaxing family gathering. Beautiful beachfront all the amenities you would need are provided for cooking a great meals. We are a fun and active family that loves to travel. We especially love warmer climates and the ocean! We live in the Midwest and look forward to our visits to Oak Island, NC. We also enjoy sharing our hidden gem in Oak Island with extended family, friends, and VRBO guests. As parents of an active teenager we enjoy watching our son play sports and being an involved Eagle Scout! When we come to Oak Island it is all about relaxing, eating fresh seafood, and enjoying the beach.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Oak Island in 2001 and have been vacationing here ever since. We are beyond thrilled to own this piece of this paradise! We love that Oak Island is full of beach cottages and homes rather than huge condos, skyscrapers and hotels. We prefer the family-oriented quiet atmosphere of Oak Island, local restaurants rather than chain restaurants, and the southern charm of Southport. Watching sunrises and sunsets from the deck is beyond beautiful. Although Oak Island has grown over the years it has not lost its small town charm. They have improved outdoor parks and recreational activities by adding tennis courts, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, a small water park, walking paths, nature trails, farmers market and more. Oak Island is the best kept secret in NC!

What makes this property unique

The view of the ocean is amazing. The screened in porch is roomy and wonderful. The outside deck is great for sunbathing and relaxing. We love the location near Ocean Crest Pier, Middleton Park, close to Food Lion, restaurants and shops. If you love thrift shops then Oak Island is for you! Beautiful Breeze was first updated Jan/Feb 2020 with a new roof, new interior paint, new flooring, new beds, and new kitchen items. Then unfortunately Hurricane Isaias caused damage in August 2020. After fighting with insurance companies for over a year we are finally remodeling our home again to be ready for the 2022 Summer season! All beachfront homes have to deal with the harsh weathering due to the salt, sea, winds, storms, hurricanes, sand and sun. Thankfully we have a great crew that helps us keep up with Mother Nature!
