Relax and enjoy everything that paradise has to offer while staying at this charming two-story, one-family Gulf-front home nestled on the white sands of Belleair Beach. Located between Clearwater and Indian Rocks Beach this 1700 square foot home features 3 well-appointed, tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 full-size modern and roomy bathrooms sure to please any discerning guest. The home sleeps up to 6 guests (including children) and the dedicated parking spot behind the house can accommodate up to 3 stacked cars.

Each floor boasts its own spacious balcony providing stunning front-row views of the beach, the sea, and extraordinary sunsets the Gulf coast is known for. Perch on the tall Adirondack chairs on either balcony or rest in a rocking chair while scanning the water for dolphins frolicking in the early morning waves. In the late afternoon, relax while watching the sun sink into the water and look for the "green flash." Feel the stresses of everyday life melt away as you listen to the gulls and soothing sounds of the surf lapping against the shore.

Conveniently located, this family friendly private home is just 10 minutes from downtown Clearwater, but when you're at this private beach, it feels like you are thousands of miles away from civilization. No crowds, no motor sports - just peace and quiet. The “Blue House” has central cooling/heating and modern overhead fans provide constant airflow. Each bedroom and the living room has its own "smart" TV and unlimited 5G internet access is provided at no extra charge.

Main Floor:
One flight up, this level boasts a comfortable beach-themed living room. Here you can either sit outside on the balcony, or rest indoors on the cozy chairs and sofas. This level also houses a large kitchen with a full-size ice-making fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. You'll find a wide variety of cook-ware, bake-ware, dishes, glasses, bar-ware, cutlery and utensils. Two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) help get you caffeinated in the morning. We supply diswashing pods and other cleaning products to help make clean up a breeze. The tucked away Queen size bedroom with its adjacent full-size bathroom is also located on this level.

Second Floor:
The Twin bedroom and Master bedroom are on this level. The cozy Twin bedroom has twin beds and its adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a seating area perfect for reading before bedtime or watching TV. You’ll find a soaking tub, a separate, glass enclosed shower and double vanity in the en-suite bathroom. Like the first level, there is a sliding door leading to a spacious balcony where you can watch the beach activities by day and count the stars at night. The energy efficient washer/dryer is on this story as well (laundry pods and dryer sheets provided).

Shaded Deck:
The shaded deck below the house is footsteps away from the sand and water. It is an ideal place to play board games, have dinner, or just take a nap. Dimmable lighting lets you enjoy this area after sundown. There are chaise lounge chairs and two picnic tables so you can eat outside. The storage bins contain some beach supplies and toys. An outdoor shower post lets you rinse cleanbefore heading back indoors. YOU DO NOT SHARE THIS PRIVATE DECK WITH ANYONE ELSE!

Perfect getaway

Our family of 5 (3 kids 6 years old and younger) stayed here for a week and it was perfect! Being directly on the beach is so nice and the house is stocked with everything you might need, even a baby gate (which came in very handy)! Conveniently located, just a very short drive north or south into more “action”, we loved this peaceful home so much and hope to be back!

Great family vacation spot

This was the best vacation so far . Location of the property was really convenient for everything, from grocery shopping to fun stuff on the beach and plenty near by restaurants and bars. The owners where so responsive and welcoming . Overall great place to visit and already thinking about rebooking for future stays.

Great Vacation

My family had a very nice week in the house. The location is wonderful and the neighborhood is quiet, despite the closeness of the homes. The kitchen is very well equipped and the knives were the best of all the places I have rented. (In fact, I usually bring my own knife, but couldn't this time because we flew in.) The coffee pot did not heat and the owners had a new one overnighted for me. The one thing I wasn't happy about is that all linens used (sheets, towels and bath mats) have to be washed before renters leave. That's a lot of laundry for things that are usually used until the last minute.

Wonderful escape!!

Such a great time away with our family before the summer officially begins! So relaxing to watch the sunset from the porch and go to the beautiful private beach whenever we wanted, as it was mere steps away! The house was amazing- it was fully stocked and had everything we needed! Would love to return in the future!

Spring Break stay for family

The stay at Bellair Beach House was amazing. My 17 year old daughter said it was the best vacation we ever had. The house was perfect and perfect location. Show up and relax. Eileen was very courteous and available. Everything was provided that you would need, even sunscreen. We had a great week and would definitely return.

Best Beach House

We loved our stay at this beach house! You can't get a better location! The house had everything we needed for a beach vacation. Firstly, an uncrowded backyard beach! We arrived at 6:20 and were in the ocean by 6:30! Secondly, we had access to beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, etc. We were very comfortable with games, movies, books, full kitchen & settled in for the week. We will miss the relaxation & of course we didn't want to leave, but we will hopefully be back someday! Thank you for the memories!!!

Have mixed feelings on this little house it has a great location but needs some love.

While this house is directly on the beach with fantastic views there's a few things that took me off guard that you couldn't gather from the vrbo listing. I believe will help people make a more educated decision. The house is in a tight area that has 6 other house right up next to it that shares the parking lot and a walkway to the beach. It's a tight you get to know the other guest very quickly. As for the listing not giving you the entire picture the bottom deck as wonderful as it is had no night lighting so after the sun went down it was completely dark and it was sad there was no GRILL ( it does however state that in listing ) so the deck was really only usable to set under during the day. As for being 1700 square feet we found that hard to believe. It was a very tight squeeze for 6 people for a week. Kitchen was very outdated and needed a good cleaning before we used it. Everything did operate correctly which is always a good thing. The floors in the kitchen and living area we swept and mopped before we even unpacked as they need a good DEEP clean. Furniture in living and dining room needs to be completely replaced as it's past the point of cleaning. As an overall i was happy to be at the beach where we spent most of our time but if we all would have been stuck inside for a rainy day no one would have enjoyed it. So i have mixed feelings on this stay. Definitely not worth the price.

Fantastic property and hosts!!

What a wonderful beach house this is! In person it’s even better than the photos. It’s spacious, the beds are very comfortable and we had everything we needed for a week away. We like to cook, so we made several meals at the house. The kitchen has everything! The decks overlook the private beach-the perfect place to catch some stunning sunsets! Or enjoy your morning coffee. We loved being able to hear the ocean surf at night, it’s that close to the ocean. Belleair Beach is beautiful, and the house is in a great location. There are shops a short drive away, as well as pickle ball courts and tennis courts (one is walkable). We played pickle ball every day! Eileen and Ed are so responsive to questions and have stocked the house with everything you could ever need. And things you didn’t realize you may have forgotten! We highly recommend Eileen and Ed as hosts and their beautiful beach house. We will definitely book again!!

The best location

We love Belleair Beach and there aren’t many rental properties, so we were really pleased to find this house. The house is about as close to the water as you can get in FL. Two decks on the back of the house facing the Gulf and a large covered deck underneath the house. Plenty of space inside and a really well-stocked kitchen. Perfect house for a family vacation and the hosts were so nice and very informative. Hope to be back next year!

Our happy place!

We have been spending our summer vacations in Belleaire/Sand Key beach area for the past 15 years and this was our second time staying at the “Blue House on the Beach.” Just as the first time, our stay was priceless! Ed and Eileen are wonderful attentive hosts that genuinely care about their guests. The house is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing oceanfront vacation. There is nothing better than having your morning coffee on the balcony or on the beach. It is a short distance from great restaurants, stores and attractions. Some of our local favorite places to eat are Columbia, Backwaters, the original Crabby Bill’s in Indian Rocks Beach, Guppy’s and The Baithouse in Clearwater Beach. We will be staying at this house every year going forward. Thanks Ed and Eileen for being greats hosts and sharing your beautiful home with our family once again. See you next summer!

Excellent Accommodating Stay!

Our stay at Belleair Beach was excellent!! Eileen was an EXCELLENT host and has excellent communication! Eileen is the most organized host!! Also, this was the most well stocked/organized place we have ever stayed at. Eileen and her husband have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable! I definitely overpacked bc they have everything! Also, pictures don’t do justice on here…It’s even better in person! We enjoyed our morning and evening relaxation views on the decks! We also loved our short steps away onto the beach too. Literally takes about 30 seconds from the time you walk out of the door to your spot on the beach. We picked to vacation here bc we were tired of the overcrowded beaches we have always stayed at and this was the perfect place that’s not overcrowded. Also, I highly recommend eating at the Coco Wood Grill! It was an excellent restaurant and very nice staff. We would definitely 100% rent this place again!

Brilliant stay

100% as listed. Very nice house, wonderful beach in this area not far from the house, water was clear (no seaweed!) and the amenities provided in the house were great. The kitchen was packed with every tool possible - Olive Pitter, large pans/trays, decent knives, food process. The bathrooms were equipped with toilet paper, all kinds of towels, soap/shampoo and Kleenex. The bedrooms had good beds and sheets/blankets. There were beach towels available and a ton of beach chairs/toys/tools. My only two critiques are: 1. The AC shuts off when the windows/doors are left open to save power, but can be annoying at times. 2. The ice maker was not working/hooked up, but there were ice trays and a bin so we survived 😆 All in all a great location and great house with a great host. We would totally stay again and recommend 100%

The perfect beach house!

This is our second time staying at Ed and Eileen’s “blue” house on the beach. We stayed for a week and it is never enough…we always hate leaving and wish we could stay longer! The location is literally right on the beach, which makes it perfect for sitting on the balcony to watch the sunset or short distance to walk on the beach. We love everything about this house. The kitchen has everything you will need to make a cooked meal. The place is so clean! They really take the time to keep the place looking wonderful and keeping it in excellent condition. The beds are super comfy and the view of the beach is perfect! You can even see the beach from the kitchen window! :) Besides the house and the location, Ed and Eileen are one of the best! They are quick to respond to any messages sent and very down to earth people that you can tell they truly care that you are enjoying your stay. We honestly can not wait to return to visit the cute Blue House real soon! Thank you again for a wonderful and relaxing stay!!
