Estupendo Alojamiento

Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung entsprach den Angaben. Super Lage. Allerdings etwas hellhörig zu den Nachbarn. Ansonsten alles vorhanden, was benötigt wurde. Geschirr könnte etwas mehr vorhanden sein.

Lovely apartment

Really nice apartment in a great location. The owner and his pleasant daughter were extremely nice. The main bedroom bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and clean and the lounge was nicely decorated. There were a couple of minor negatives: the lounge chairs were uncomfortable, the kitchen was dark and not well supplied (few utinsels, no pepper, etc). The most important thing was PARKING is NOT included in the rental. There are public lots very close and are about 20€ a day. Be sure and add that cost to your rental budget. We were unprepared as the listing says “parking”. Nevertheless, we loved the apartment and highly recommend it!

Beautiful Cadiz

Great location near beach and local restaurants etc. Taxi rank and buses just outside apartment. Apartment very clean and comfortable, the owner was helpful and interested in our well being. Cadiz is an amazing city with great history.

Excelente apartamento

Excelente y amplio apartamento frente a la mejor playa de Cádiz, en un edificio moderno y tranquilo, con tres ascensores. La situación inmejorable, y el apartamento muy luminoso, limpio y bien situado con parada de taxi y autobús en la misma puerta, el supermercado a 5 metros y varios restaurantes y bares muy cerca. Los propietarios muy amables, muy cómoda la comunicación con ellos por teléfono, nos atendió Rocío la hija del propietario, muy linda, la entrega del apartamento muy rápida. Bonita decoración marinera y con sillas y toallas para la playa. Sin duda volveremos el próximo año.

Cada vez mejor

El propietario esta renovando la vivienda, nos hemos encontrado que ha cambiado uno de los baños, tiene dos y en uno de ello, ha puesto plato de ducha ( muy bien), cualquier cosa que necesites te lo facilita. La vivienda esta en la Playa de la Victoria, teniendo parada de autobús ( línea 1 ) a menos de cien metros. Un supermercado frente a la vivienda y otras tiendas, zona de mucho ambiente. Esta es la tercera vez que repetimos. La playa a unos doscientos metros y espectacular.

Un temps des Fêtes merveilleux!

L’appartement lumineux de Joaquín a été un endroit idéal pour passer un long séjour agréable. Bien situé, bien équipé et grand à souhait pour quatre personnes avec ses deux salles de bain. La terrasse du petit déjeuner était innondé de soleil à partir de 10 heures. Un bonheur! Lits confortables, bon éclairage et un immeuble calme. Merci, Joaquín et Carmen.

Es handelt sich um ein 1975 gebautes Hochhaus in 2. Reihe hinter dem Meer direkt an der Hauptstr.. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 9.Stock und hat keinen direkten Meerblick und keinen offenen Balkon, sondern 2 wintergartenähnliche verglaste Austritte, die aber nur 2 Schiebefenster zum Öffnen besitzen. Das auf der Seite des Vermieters abgebildete Foto ist vom Strand aber dieser ist so aus der Wohnung nicht sichtbar. Es ist laut und belebt. Die Lage der Wohnung nah am Strand und der Promenade ist gut, Infrastruktur mehr als genug vorhanden. Parkplätze gibt es kaum, man muss schon 10 min. nach einem kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Nähe suchen. Wer quirliges urbanes Leben mit einem kurzen Weg zum sehr schönen Stadtstrand verbinden will, ist hier richtig. Ein Auto ist eher von Nachteil. Die Wohnung selbst ist in einem durchwachsenen Zustand, billig eingerichtet und in die Jahre gekommen. Betten sind ok, im 2. Schlafzimmer aber nur 1,90 lang. Die Bäder sind in einem schlechten Zustand und die Duschköpfe so marode, dass man das halbe Badezimmer unter Wasser setzt. Die Sauberkeit ist ausreichend. Insgesamt eine große sehr zentral gelegene aber leider etwas abgewohnte und ungepflegte Wohnung. Die eingestellten Fotos sind zwar von der Wohnung, geben aber leider einen falschen Eindruck. Der Vermieter spricht nur Spanisch und ist gut erreichbar. Für die Wohnung selbst würde ich nur einen Stern geben, da die Lage aber trotz des nur indirekten Meerblickes sehr gut ist, gebe ich 3 Sterne.
