With enough space to sleep 8, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo boasts 1057 square feet of beautifully decorated interior space to serve as a home base for your next vacation. The master bedroom suite features a plush king bed, flat screen TV and the adjoining full-size bathroom is equipped with a double sink vanity and shower with a corner seat and sliding glass doors. The guest room is equipped with two comfortable full beds, a flat screen TV and en-suite access to the second bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. In the living room, a full-size sleeper sofa is available for extra sleeping space, as well as a flat screen TV with cable for watching your favorite shows as you lounge around on the sofa or swiveling side chairs. Free Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the condo. Adding to the charm of the unit's living space is an electric fireplace to relax by on summer nights or to help keep our winter guests warm! * PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold at the Phoenix East (not Phoenix East II) front desk and must be purchased upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
