Ground floor: equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave) open to the living room and dining area, bathroom with bath and two sinks, and separate toilet, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140, terrace .
1st: Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160 and 90, bedroom 2: 1 bed 90.
Located at the foot of the Monts d'Arrée, 20 minutes from Carantec (beaches), the lodgings of Lamarc'h Izella are isolated in lush greenery.
Discover nearby: the bay of Morlaix, the Monts d'Arrée, Huelgoat and its forest, the Regional Natural Park of Armorique ...
It is also an ideal starting point for varied visits: 1H Quimper, the peninsula of Crozon, or Lannion and its pink granite coast.
Many mountain bike or walking tours are available in the area. The GR 380 passes right at the end of the property.
The cottage is restored in respect of the original construction. It is quietly situated on a plot of 3 hectares, sports field common to two other houses (tennis, swings, tourniquet, ...).
