High end 2nd floor apt for 8 near FATVillage arts warehouses, unique margs @ Canyon, quiet nature explores at Hugh Taylor State Park, secret off menu Scooby Snacks @ Coconuts (beach spot), the cat cafe @ Boomerang's Thrift, Temple Street (fusion) Eatery. The apartment complex has a heated pool! About Your Space:
Our apartment complex has several small buildings in traditional Florida style, all completely renovated spring 2019. Apartment 21 is located on the second floor of a two story building, and the pool is steps from the front door. The kitchen is equipped for cooking, and sleeping spaces include 2 bedrooms: master with 2 queen beds and a double sofa bed in the living room; the other room has a king bed, TV and its own bathroom. Luxurious linens and thoughtful decor round out the perfect home base for a South Florida vacation filled with nature, culture and beautiful surroundings.

“I’m a hands-on host in terms of being there for my guests when needed, but you can come and go without us ever meeting! (After booking, you’ll receive an unlock code for the Smart Lock and welcome instructions for delf check-in.) My co-hosts help me make sure my guests have everything they need. I love hosting, and hope you’ll take good care of my apartment. Should any problems arise, I hope you’ll let me know so I can take care of it promptly.”

d. Your Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is the perfect home base for experiencing all the unusual activities, bars and restaurants the FL has to offer - with the beach, restaurants, bars, galleries, shops, grocery stores and museums under a 15 minute drive, it’s hard to find a more centrally located spot in Fort Lauderdale.

e. Getting Around:
It’s helpful to have a car in Fort Lauderdale, but not necessary. It’s a 5-20 minute drive to almost everything you’ll want to see and do in the area. If you’re using Uber, it’s a little under $10 to the beach. It’s roughly a 20 minute drive to the Fort Lauderdale Hollywood Airport, and 45 minutes to an hour to Miami International Airport.
